Stayed here for 5 nights ,would defently recommend it,great location but off the main street so not noisy , the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were lots of trips you can book from the hotel with a price discount too , very clean , the only thing I was slightly dissapointed by was the swimming pool area as...

Sri Pat Guest House is a treasure! Ideally located, helpful friendly staff, cozy rooms and a very inviting pool. They will arrange outings at the desk. White water rafting, elephant rides, trekking... most anything you want to do. My husband and I stayed 2 nights... wish we had stayed longer. We highly recommend this little jewel.

We had a standard room on 3rd floor (no lift). Good sized room, large bed, fridge etc as you would expect in a good guesthouse. Tiny balcony literally 1x1.5m! Just enough for 1 small chair and tiny table. Very friendly reception staff. Good small pool. BUT it is overpriced for the area. There are plenty of equal quality places for...

I liked Yool, she is a great receptionist, helpful guide and always willing to answer questions. By the way "yool" means "10" in Chinese and she is right there in my book. The hotel is quite attractive and breakfast is plentiful. You can find a laundry place / lady almost next to it for 35 Bht/kg

Used this guesthouse as a base in Chiang Mai whilst exploring the surrounding area. We found it a lovely location close to the old town with easy access to night markets and bars. The staff were so friendly making each check in and out quick and simple and always remembering us on our return asking how each of our trips...

Sri-Pat Guesthouse was our favorite place to stay during our 3 week tour of Thailand. I had done a ton or research and read hundreds of reviews, and I made the right choice! We opted for a deluxe room, which was beautiful and included a pretty balcony accessed through french doors. It was a little cramped for 3 (we expected...

Having read the previous reviews, we were very much looking forward to staying in Sri Pat Guest House; sadly we were incredibly disappointed. The exterior of the guesthouse is pretty and the pool although very small, looks nice enough. The water pressure in the rooms is good but that is where the positives end. The staff (all bar one very...

We just spent 3 nights here and would definitely come back again. The location was great, close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was great to have the pool there as we hired the push bikes from the hotel and explored all around "Old...

We stayed there for 5 nights- Very comfortable and found that it was quite centrally located - Walking / cycling distance to attractions around. But this holds good for any property in the Old City area. Though we had no complaints and was perfectly satisfied with our stay here, we did find out from fellow travelers that there are other...

We stayed here for 3 nights and would stay there again. Its just off the main drag in the old city, Moon Meung, on a quiet alley. There are more hotels and guest houses, hotels, bars and restaurants at the other end of Moon Meung, but we didn't feel isolated. there was plenty going on nearby, and distances are short....
