Hotel is grubby, dirty with stained carpets, upholstery & furnishings. Cracked sink in bathroom. Breakfast cleared before time! Very limited choice. Some staff not usual friendly Thai personnel - need on the job training. Thank goodness we shortened our stay & leaving pdq!

At first appearance, this hotel looked quite nice but underlying that, it is quite run down and in need of a face lift and some tlc. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, carpet was dirty and worn out, the bathroom needs some serious cleaning. Tub Weald and shower curtain were covered in black mould. Another couple in our party had...

Worst hotel stay in Thailand. Dirty is an understatement with regards to this hotel. Dead bugs under the bed, stained carpets, mouldy bathroom. Unfriendly hotel staff not helpful at all. AT breakfast the staff wore dirty clothes with stains all over them. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

The staff are nice and buffet breakfast is good. Rooms are large but carpet is heavily stained. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms need renovation but are ok. All in all, ok if value for money and passing through. Wouldn't base a holiday here.

It looks good when you step into the lobby. Reception staff should improve their English level, I stay there for 2 nights on 07/12/2016 and 08/12/2016. I ask reception staff to give me a morning call but she didn't understand, another male staff came out, but still nobody gave me a morning call at the end. My room toilet flush...

We spent just two nights, But We had a good time. Our bedroom was big, clean and with a beautiful view on the mountain! (8th floor) Just the breakfast wasn't special, But still ok. Personal is really kind.

I visited Chaing Mai for conference and stayed at Lanna Palace for two night. The main reason for choosing the hotel was close proximity to the conference venue as the hotel where conference was held was fullly booked at that time. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and the breakfast was ok. But the room itself is very...

This is a poor quality hotel, albeit cheap. The rooms are large and the air conditioning worked. However the bathroom was dirty with mould growing in the bathroom. The room was barely clean with dated furniture. The pool was uninspiring. No towels at the pool, you need to phone to request. But there were only 2 sun loungers and 2...

Stayed 4 nights. Definitely not a palace! Screaming and banging on doors in the halls. Doors are way to thin to block the noise. Rooms are connected with a door, causing you to enjoy every breath your neighbour takes, and much more. Rooms aren't very modern but big....and dirty! Breakfast was cold regardless of the time (went at 7, 8...

“Corner rooms are the more spacious and let in more light due to an extra 8 ft window. Rooms which end in 23 or 24 (ie: 823 - 8th floor, 624 - 6th floor) are all corner rooms. The higher you go the better the view.”
