We stayed here for 4 nights on our 2 week tour of Thailand and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Gardens, grounds and communal areas are stunning, beautifully elegant and peaceful. Perfect for the romantic holiday maker. The pool area is also lovely although the water itself is cold even on a hot day, so we only ever had a quick dip...

I've traveled to 5 continents and am always skeptical of places that serve cuisine from more than one Asian country, but this place managed to pull it off. We got multiple salads, and I now want to eat those salads for every meal for the rest of my life. Somehow, there were many cuisines represented, but each dish felt authentic...

Rachamankha is a beautiful hotel in Chiang Mai that also happens to have a very nice restaurant. We went there to celebrate some friends who was guiding in us in Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai during our stay. We went there early in the day to book a table for the evening. 5 persons having beer, water, wine, starters, main courses, desserts...

Impeccably kept hotel! Peaceful, clean, romantic fabulous service. Breakfast buffet exquisite with menu options. Service is top-notch. Fabulous restaurant on the facility and nearby local restaurants within walking distance. Must see when in chiang Mai ..

Rachamankha started our visit by refusing our paid reservations (including our voucher from Agoda) and interrogating us in their front office with a number of staff, offering us a downgraded room, then finally giving us what we had booked. This took 45minutes, was unprofessional, and was NEVER followed by an apology (guessing the manager was never informed?). Very uncomfortable and...

We come back to this romantic place twice within a week. Always enchanted! We had our Valentine dinner there. Scallops, tiger prawns, fish with Thai herbs, veggie with Myanmar curry, all perfect, accompanied by attentive service and the lotus candle lights. Can't be better!

The peacefulness of the resort. Staff were very discreet in their comings and goings so coming back to the room and it having been made up was a delight. Loved that the restaurant was on the premises as it was unseasonable hot and less inviting to go out. The art gallery and artifacts around the property enhanced the beauty and...

We spent 4 nights at the Rachamanka hotel, a small boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was large with comfortable beds & quality linens. Bathroom amenities, including a toothbrush/toothpaste & insect repellent, were replaced daily. Breakfast was served in a beautiful courtyard, with a wood burning fire to take the chill off...

On arrival to the Rachamankha it was hard to deny the breath taking architecture and clean calm appearance of the place. After staying at a friendly, family run guest house in Bangkok I did find this hotel to be a little bit sterile and cold at first. However, over the 4 days that I spent here I really warmed to...
