The room is spacious, modern, clean, and wonderful. The hotel has a few minor annoyances: located outside town, no food offered and the staff speak poor english but the hotel is lovely and the minibar in the room comes with some complimentary snacks and waters. For the price the room can not be beat.

We stayed here for 2 nights.

Room - big but that's about it. A very empty room with an unwelcoming bathroom. Free drinks and snacks in the fridge (re-filled everyday). Wi-fi was good. Both nights we were there, it was raining hard at night and it leaked into the room both nights. Luckily our luggage were on the other side of the room so only some items got wet.

Location - not very convenient... we've spent many 20-30mins waiting in the lobby waiting for a tuk-tuk. Also, not a lot of drivers know about this place, we had a few occasion where even upon showing the business card provided by the hotel, our driver didn't know where it was and had to ask around. There is laundry and a 7-11 right by the hotel, so that was convenient. It is a little bit away from the center but its convenient if you'll be traveling outside of Chiang Mai for day tours, etc.

Facility - there's nothing there, only a lobby with 2 computers that guests are free to use. I think there was a coffee machine as well.

Service - English wasn't the best, not all of them know English. But they were pretty helpful, even let us use their cell-phones to book some of our tours.

In conclusion, for the price we paid, it was a pretty good place. Probably would have given it a 4* if not for the long waits for tuk-tuks and the leakage.

A very nice place to stay while staying in Chiangmai. Friendly and attentive staff. It should be called a Motel as there is no dining room. However there is unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks in the reception area and free snacks in the bedroom fridge. Room was very clean and modern. The bed was very hard but I soon adapted to it. Free WiFi in the bedroom and there are also computers in the reception area where there is also free wifi. Ask for a room facing West (toward the Grand Napat Hotel) as there is a large pub/restaurant on the main road 100m away at the other side of the hotel that may get too noisy in the evening. I never did find the Garden mentioned on their web site. There is a large Shopping Mall (Tesco Lotus extra) not to far away to the North. Overall, very good place to stay while in Chiangmai.

Our last station of Thailand trip was Napatra Hotel, which my boyfriend has stayed there before. It is a modern style hotel with quite nice big rooms. My boyfriend continued to choose this hotel because he was happy with their parking lots. At the parking lots sometimes you can see nice cars and motorbikes with interesting plates which indicates the finance of the people staying here, either the hotel or the service apartment.

The hotel is located with large area in a crowded places near the university. Using the GPS location provided by the hotel, the GPS would have 50% time to lead you to a narrow backstreet that you are never able to reach the hotel although you can see the big sign of it.

I gave a low rating because of the laundry service. At any place in Thailand you will find "40BHT per kg" laundry although I am hesitate to try. At this hotel they count every single piece as in other country and cost at least 10 times more for all the clothes. For example, 20BHT for one T-shirt and my T-shirt is definitely not half kg weight. I gave them two bags of clothes which I separated by color and white. The next day the hotel staff gave me only one bag as the other bag was mistaken with another room. About 1 hour later they gave us another bag after our complain. When I am back home now I found they lost a few pieces of my clothes.

Stayed in a Standard Room for 890 Baht. Large room for the price paid. Very good and generous lighting. I can choose bright or not too bright. 2 spot lights from the high ceiling to the bed to read at night. Clean room. New hotel. Modern decoration. The shower curtain is very old and this is the only thing I'm not happy with. Everything in the minibar is free. Nice view to a neat garden between Napatra Hotel & their sister The Grand Napat. Beautiful afternoon sunlight goes into the room. Self serviced. No porter. No restaurant. I rate it 4 out of 5. Sorry for my bad photos. Fast check-in and check-out. Walk from the hotel about 2 minutes to the street and you'll see places to eat, both sides, not fancy though.

Wide room, clean, parking, quite, peace, free coffee in the morning. Bad wifi, Pillow too high.

The location located in the same area as Grand Napat hotel, around JJ market, easy to find something for eat. It very comfortable for travellers who drive.

We rested there for a night. Reservation via booking.com that you could get cheaper price 100 THB lower. Room and bed was clean. Bed was X king size. No breakfast included. Toilet was clean but flowing pressure of water was not much.

The location of this hotel was a plus for us as we did not want to be in the old city and this was much quieter. It did mean that after a long day of walking around we took a taxi back but that was ok for us. Around the hotel there are a number of little restaurants and food stalls with some bars not far away on the main road. There is a 7/11 right by the hotel and a little walk up the main road takes you to a big Tesco supermarket and food court. If you walk around the back on the way back to the hotel (turn left out of Tesco before the main road) there are lots of garden centre type shops with beautiful flowers and we found a great little cafe there too.
The staff were friendly and the free coffee between 6am and 12pm were a bonus as was the free water and juice everyday in the mini bar.
The room was fairly standard, we were on the ground floor and looked out onto the garden which was nice. It was clean but could do with some touching up in paces as could the bathroom.
The only real downside was the noise from the corridor and the other rooms as the walls seemed very thin. It did wake us up in the morning sometimes.
We stayed for a week and would recommend that this would be a nice spot for 3 days to escape the traffic and noise of the old city if you don't mind a walk into town. Using Uber, it was only about 50 baht each way.

This hotel is perhaps 15 minutes walk from the main area and maybe 20minutes plus walk from the market. I moved from accommodation in the centre to here for a few nights before travelling on to Laos.

It's a good sized modern hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are large and bathroom is a great size and fresh.

There was some building / moving work going on in one of the rooms or floors nearby early in the morning which wasn't great and you must remember to put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door if you want to lay in, in the morning as the cleaners can be quite relentless.

I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind walking or getting Tuk Tuks to places. There's a Tesco within 10minutes walk nearby which has eateries and a large supermarket inside.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is a fairly new hotel and the rooms are clean and large. It offers very good value for money. Their is no restaurant their but free coffee. the Hotel is not far from a Tesco Super Store, so you can pick up supplies if you want too.
