Stayed here in a twin room for 4 nights in the second leg of travelling around Thailand. Arrived at 7am after a 10 hour bus journey from Bangkok (if you're thinking of doing that journey I'd strongly recommend the train). We entered our room and found only one of us had a bed sheet. My friend then discovered the toilet...

I stay few days in Neo Court, all was perfect, i got a private room with fan, and there a good wifi, tv, and the location is perfect, in the center of the city, so can see many temples, there is a Seven Eleven just 100 meters, then a lot cheap food option, and is near to Sunday Market. The...

We stayed here for one week and then extended it for another. , Situated Right next to Wat Pha Bong & Wat Pha sing. Yes you can get better hotels but you will pay considerably more, The stupid reviews on here that whine about cockroaches and Geckos, Rats in the street etc, all I have to say to them is...

We booked this last second on our way to Chiang Mai. The property is nothing amazing but I don't have any complaints. We loved the location, 5 minute walk from the big sunday market and about ten minutes from Zoe's corner if you want to go out. The man that runs it is really nice and easy going and the...

If you just want a simple place to crash for the 3-4 nights you're in Chiang Mai, and you don't expect to be catered to at a budget lodging, you'll do fine here. It's cheaper because it's basic and not meant to impress, but just to give you the basics at a good location and for a cheaper rate. The...

The place is very basic, but it is an excellent value. It couldn't be better located. The owner and his daughter are super friendly and they enjoy to take care of their guest, especially solo travellers.

Pros: Good location for those wanting to be in the old city. Comparatively cheap for that location (I paid 3,500 baht for a month plus 500 baht electric) Doesn't charge for water usage. The owner seems quite nice. Cons: Extremely noisy at night from road traffic - it seems to echo around the building. Very low water pressure - barely...
