Have been at CM Mansion for a few months now and we love it. The staff and owner are very nice and really look after their guest. Large rooms, which are well maintained, any problems are dealt with quickly, and both the rooms and common areas are kept spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, with everything on your doorstep.

I loved staying here. The rooms were cleaned every day and got fresh towels. The room is big with a full size fridge and a large bathroom with a hot shower. The air conditioning was quick and needed in the hot weather. The location is great next to the night market, several great restaurants and 7 eleven is less than... More

Big room; everything quite new; fridge; air con. Wife and I stayed on 5th floor - top floor so far - but there are stairs going up to two more floors that haven't yet been built. Construction noise most of the day. We could see natural light through the gaps in the ceiling tiles - it hasn't rained, so we... More

We got here at 5am and they were nice enough to give us a blanket so we can take a nap in the lobby since there wasn't any room available until check in time. Everyone was really nice. After an hour they informed us that they didn't have any rooms left, even though we already had a reservation. They took... More

Friendly staff but apart from the one lady that is in charge, they speak very little English. If you have important business I recommend you call or email the manager Mrs. Sunee The room I had was clean upon moving in and very spacious. You can rent scooters, have your room cleaned (300 baht per time), and get your laundry... More

We stayed here for four nights and were really happy with our choice of hotel. The rooms are really big, bathrooms as well. They are kept neat and clean, room is serviced every day. Staff did not speak English well, but was very friendly and helpful nonetheless. Great location, close to the night market and within walking distance to the... More

I've stayed in Chiang Mai Mansion's 3 times now and have never had any problems... In fact the opposite. The rooms are decent sized, bed comfortable, fridge, sofa, balcony... The staff are all very friendly and always do their best to help with any query. The only downside is some staff have limited English speaking. Clothes can be washed and... More

Arrived around 3.30pm to an empty lobby; after waiting around for 15 minutes, i decided to give the manager a call (luckily there is a phone with the managers' number on it by the couches); after another 15 minutes a lady came down who turned out to be the maid, moonlighting as reception staff. Unfortunately her English was minimal, so... More

Chiang Mai Mansion is awesome. Great Location, Huge rooms, excellent TV and Internet and air con. Spotlessly clean and Sunni the owner is lovely. This hotel has everything you could possibly want and need whether you are staying a couple of or weeks or months. We can't fault and its cheap. Highly recommend Chiang Mai Mansion.
