Very big hotel with huge tourist groups coming in and out. Since it is built around a central atrium, all rooms are exposed to nosy bands playing till at least midnight, disturbing sleep. Water is never hot. Very near a big shopping center.

Lotus is a huge hotel consisting of 2 wings - the lobby for the new wing is on level 1 and old wing is on level 6. The wait for the lifts are long maybe due to the high occupancy. The structure of building is somewhat weird, the lifts are even weirder. The rooms of the old wing are spacious...

This old wing of this hotel is over a huge rambling shopping centre which is hard to get around, easy to get lost, and not such a good location. For $30 a night there are much better smaller hotels which are better located and aren't so huge to get from one part to another. Rooms are aged and okay in...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great. I guess we were lucky that we got a great room with lots of space and the price was amazing. We had a king bed with TV,AC and huge bathroom. We also had breakfast included in the price. I would stay here again if we are...

There really is too sides to this hotel. There are two wings, one new and one very, very old. We where given the old wing. I have travelled to thailand over 15 times in the last 20,years. this is by far the worst hotel that i have ever stayed at. It was mouldy, dingy, dark, dirty and very shabby. The...

PSK Lotus is the largest (or second largest) hotel of Chiang Mai with +600 rooms. Its a huge complex , including large shopping- and dining areas. Located just outside “the moat“ on the north-west corner of the old city. Famous night market is 2km away, 60baht tuktuk drive. This was our second stay at PSK Lotus since 2006. We stayed...

My wife and I have arrived to Thailand, and came directly to this hotel, which we've booked from back home. We've booked only 1 night, but hurried up to book 5 more nights. The location of this hotel isn't bad at all. It's a bit far from the old city center (About 8 minutes by "tuktuk", up to 60 Baht),...

When I have a friend that is visiting me here in Chiang Mai, I would recommend this hotel. Why? Well, it's a good price for a 3 stars Hotel. There's a mall attach to the hotel, you could just walk through the hotel to the mall. There are lots of great places to eat, like Mike's burger, pizza hut, sushi,...
