A charming, romantic and exclusive hotel.
Excellent location. A large and luxurious room - a large and comfortable bed, a bathtub for a couple with a spectacular mountain view.
A pampering cake that was waiting for us for the event.
The club indulges in delicious and special food and drink.
Excellent and varied breakfast.
Wonderful gym, pool.
The service here is exceptional!!
You see how much each and every member of the staff goes out of their way to give you no less than 100 percent service.
I will try to mention a number of people who helped us and I remembered their names:
At the Need reception
in the dining room
Goi
Aommi
Arirat
Mimi
Za
And the chef who took care of us personally Manoj
It is in the background all the time. The food manager at the hotel who makes sure that we and all the guests are indeed satisfied with the food.
The concierge who helped us so much Noon including helping with changes and checking in with the airlines.
Sorry if I missed someone's name but it really is an outstanding team!!
Already the doormen at the entrance who always welcome those who come with a smile and cordiality, the reception, the concierge, the waiters, the cooks and last but not least the cleaners who always had the privilege of having a clean, tidy and organized room.
A new and simply amazing hotel, we strongly recommend not to miss it, including the club, which is really worth every dollar.
Thank you

I adore the atmosphere there. Every location within the hotel has a camera! I am grateful to K.Aom (DRM), K. Toum, and the concierge team for looking after my group and me. The best meal is breakfast, especially bacon. I'm amazed with the housekeeping staff's attention to detail, especially K. Janjira, K. Nuttacha, and the person who cleaned my room on Fl. 20 during turn-down service—sorry, I forgot to ask his name!

The total living experience is great!
1. The service from The Concierge team is outstanding. Besides normal luggage services, taxi booking, city tour guidance, they also helped me to send the missing bracelet asap by Kerry Express, from Chiangmai to Bangkok. It’s a great team!
The Chief Concierge, Marupong Doi, made me most impressive!
2. The operator Lady Aim who took my call on 21:30, late Dec 28th, took quick action to collaborate with other teams to find the missing bracelet in the room, effectively contact for delivery preparation, and kept me posted on progress, which is quite reliable and trustworthy.
3. the breakfast is quite nice, with lots of local food, tasty and comfortable. also can sit outside, eating while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
4. The hotel is close to old city, easy to walk around to all kinds of temples.

It was really one of the best experience I have ever encountered . The front office staff , bell man, house keeping , restaurant and bar service , pool side bar , roof top bar , executive lounge , lobby bar , entertainment etc were all well organised . The staff were so attentive .
It was great leadership by the Room division manager Khun Amy and Food and Beverage manager Khun Jeek. Both of them made my stay memorable and enjoyable.
The attitude of all level of staff were very very good . I received great Thai hospitality from them . I had an opportunity to try the spa which was excellent .
This hotel was last stayed by the late Taiwanese singer Ms Theresa Teng just before she was unfortunately fell ill and left us on her way to hospital on 8 May 1995. The original suite room 1502 is now open to public and tourist . All the settings and decorations are still unchanged and intact .
The location of this hotel was really ideal . It is near the famous night market in Chiang Mai and it is located just behind the busy area. As such it is cosy and not so noisy and crowded .
I certainly will be back in my next trip when I am in Chiang Mai again .
My gratitude and appreciation to the team of the hotel that made all customers stay comfortable and memorable .

During my recent stay 4 days 3 nights, I found myself immersed in a serene and luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. Situated just a short walk to center, this hotel offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff Andy and Wut, who promptly checked me into my elegantly appointed room. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and boasted breathtaking views of the surrounding. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel’s culinary offerings. The on-site restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, every meal was a culinary delight. And the rooftop bar was amazing!

This hotel is beautiful! It is located within a 5-7 minute walk from a bustling night market. You arrive to a driveway with a big water fountain. The lobby is stunning with high cabinets and shelves filled with art pieces. We had a very smooth check-in process and the front desk team were superb!
Our room was located on the 11th floor and had a nice view of the mountainside. The bed was very comfortable and the sliding doors/walls of the bathroom gave it a nice touch. The housekeeping team did an incredible job servicing the room daily.
What made the whole experience complete was the concierge, Doi. He recommended great activities for us to do, helped us arrange taxis to various sites. If you ever need suggestions on things to do, he can provide a great deal of insight!
Looking forward to coming back in the future!

The new InterCon is a welcome addition to the hotel landscape in Chiang Mai. It's a very beautifully designed and outfitted luxury hotel. Rooms look fabulous and have high-quality interiors (toilet piping might be an issue). The restaurant is just beautiful, with comfortable chairs and sofas and a rich selection of items for breakfast (Thai food might have been made for foreigners, and the bakery is fresh, yet the taste will take time). Staff is friendly (might need some more experience). Many bars and SPAs around the hotel, as well.

A beautiful hotel was tucked and secluded in a lushy green and nice area. This Lanna inspired hotel has offered one of its peaceful and tranquil while you are away from bustling and busy of Chiang Mai.
The hotel has offered a lovely room with nicely touch of fine Lanna decorations, also the room was very immaculate too. The staffs here were attentive and helpful. Even though the hotel is seems a bit in the city center, however its quietness and calmness are top up those disadvantage points.
Not to mention that, the hotel has offered a private vantage view of the white pagoda, which was situated close to the relaxing area. You can enjoy and chill during your dinner time.

We had an enjoyable time at the luxurious rooftop Sky bar at Hong, thanks to Kuhn Noon for her recommendation. She provided informative hotel information and introduced us to her beautiful hotel. Since we entered, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel itself looks luxurious and gorgeous. We headed straight to Hong Sky bar, where the food was incredibly delicious, the restaurant staff was attentive and polite, and the view of Chiangmai city was magical. We would recommend and return.

I highly recommend the new Intercontinental hotel and it is the best hotel in Chiang Mai! We celebrated our anniversary and had the most amazing experience in every way, everything was perfect! Doi the concierge is the best in the world! He arranged everything for us including transportation, upgrade to the presidential suite, and many details that made our stay extra special. He is so warm and friendly and professional and made us so happy, even got a mosquito zapper we had been looking for! Thank you Doi, you are a very special person and will always remember you. Everyone else we interacted with was also very welcoming and friendly and helpful, including Amy at the frot desk and Apple at the lobby lounge club. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet! Exceptional service from everyone there and you should go to see the live jazz band, fantastic! The hotel is brand new and beautiful with so many local art and details, very elegant and modern while very Thai as well. We had an incredible suite that was huge and had amazing views of the mountains and the town. Highly recommend booking a suite with a view! Location is also perfect and close to everything. If you are coming to Chiang Mai you should stay here, it is the best in every way! We cannot wait to come back again!
