Room is spacious. Quite old but the jacuzzi still can work. Breakfast is disappointing. Nice and quiet environment. Service is ok. Don’t mind coming back again. Near to city area. Take taxi to city area is about 10 mins. Toiletries provided.

10/5 - Bee ( the receptionist ) is the kindest women ever! She is extremely friendly and warm and made our whole experience the best place in Asia. Regards to the hotel, after Bee allowed us to move room as we wanted to be higher up ( as we just wanted a better view ) is incredible, the room is homely and the hot tub is amazing.

Thank you Bee !

A great hotel very close to the city center of Chiang Mai. The rooms are very large, the bathroom is great with the jaccuzzi and the shower. The only negative thing is the high number of mosquitos in the room because they can easily get into the room because of the fact that windows cannot be completely closed.

Unfortunately there was a lot not to like
Overall darkness and uncleanliness. Seemed like the dust had been there for decades.
Fridge didn’t work well
Aircon didn’t work well due to the open gaps above the doors
Bathroom dirty. Beautiful size spa but it was not clean to use.
Whole place needs a deep clean and some maintenance to the gaps to ensure the aircon works properly.
We only stayed the 1night of our 4 night booking due to being unable to breathe great and tasting dust all night.

We are a family of five and booked this hotel over the internet because of the room sizes and the added attraction of a jacuzzi. We were not disappointed and despite arriving late and the staff not getting our booking until that evening were made to feel very welcome. They even apologised for not picking us up from the airport.

We were so impressed by this boutique hotel away from the bustle but only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk from the old town that we stayed an extra 5 days, three weeks in total. The staff became like a family to us and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The pool and fitness area was very welcome after a day exploring and we had the place to ourselves on most occasions. There was room for improvement with seating around the pool but the owner is extending and hopefully that will change. A few tips, there is massive scope for the hotel to provide better bar and snack facilities.

The complementary shuttle into town was such a bonus feature that it felt that we had our own chauffeur service. Dan and Deer gave good advice about places to visit. Mr Tin, telephone number 0852133221, who was recommended by the hotel for local tours was an exceptional guide.

There is still building work in progress and there are some teething issues, beware your head going down the bottom stairs as I got several bumps. The jacuzzi could have been made more private as the balcony curtain does not provide enough cover. As it is relatively new, few taxi drivers knew where it was so bring the hotel card written in thai with the address.

Brand new hotel with Lanna decoration (Northern style) in a quiet location not far from the airport and Chiang Mai town centre. We had booked the Lanna Suite room with jacuzzi but were upgraded to the Singha Montra Suite. This is a very spacious room with jacuzzi & separate rain shower. Bathroom offers all amenities. Free shuttle service between hotel and airport and the town centre. Very good guest relations management. We can therefore recommend this hotel.
If the hotel wants to be upstandard and attract more tourists the following items should be improved: Breakfast should be improved by offering more warm and cold food at all times during breakfast hours. Cocktail ingredients to be improved to the standard of a luxurious hotel. Would be nice to have a coffee bar and small restaurant where you can profit from the fine decoration the hotel has. A nice green area would also add extra charm to this hotel. More light and air in the hall and the room would be appreciated.

Well when you eventually find the hotel you park in an unlit death trap they call a car park. You then get to reception which looks quite nice to have a young boy try and check you in which takes a long time. Up to the 'Signature Suite' well then the fun begins. The room was thick with dust not a day or two but more like months. The bathroom was almost unusable. The outdoor spa was disgusting and dirty and could not be used. Just to top it off the room was full and I mean full of mosquitos. Yes it is Chaing Mai in March but this was beyond a joke. The response form the young boy was to spray the room when we went out for dinner. The hotel is very poor and over priced, we only booked for the location near the airport and the spa bath. Do not go here the photos are not a true ref\lection of this hotel

We live an hour out of Chiang Mai and visit the city every fortnight. My son come to visit so we thought we would splash out and book a nice hotel for a couple of nights. Unfortunately our experience wasn't as nice as we wanted it to be. The girl who checked us in was nice but a smile goes a long way. The rooms are huge but big is not always best. The spa in the room is a huge 4 person spa but was basically a bath seeing it had no controls. The soundproofing is poor so you can hear any noises including the construction from next door. The tap in the bathroom pulls out of the bench when you turn it on and off. There is a courtesy car that was a great service but unfortunately we felt we were putting the staff out by asking for a ride to town, Facebook is important I know. Guy was the concierge and was great at his job and was very friendly. The place is ok but to justify the room rate it needs a tidy up. Once my son left my wife and I checked into a guesthouse closer to town for a night. It was a 1/3 of the price and better. Sorry I usually don't concentrate on the negatives but this is my opinion of my stay. I did fill in an online survey before writing this but didn't get a reply.

I'll do this in chronological order. Hotel mixed up the airport transfer though after a call it was sorted out after almost an hour. Hotel is located at outskirts of central city so you'd need transport to get anywhere, though it is flanked by 7-11s...well, there's 7-11s almost everywhere in Chiang Mai. There is a row of local bars though these aren't touristy and you'd have to listen to loads of Thai karaoke.
Decor is very old lanna style and welcome wagon at the recep was nice and friendly. Hotel has got a lift that serves all floors with only a couple of rooms on each. Rooms are nice and large overall but dimly lit especially the entrance to the room so be prepared for that. Neighborhood dogs did keep me up at night. Jacuzzi is good though my friends staying in another room didn't get theirs working till the last day.
Hotel concierge, Guy, did help us with tour recommendations and transfers which was a great help. Only disappointment was the night recep named Dew, very unfriendly and insinuated that there wasn't problems with my friend's jacuzzi and also claimed that we took a bottle of mineral water even though it was evident we did not as we did buy a gallon of water from 7-11 on the first day. Overall, it was an average experience at an average price when on offer and I wouldn't really recommend paying full price for it.
