We are a Boutique Guesthouse located on Chiang Mai Santitham area, close to Nimmanhaemin which is the funky area with great restaurants. We are also close to great eateries and the main Kad Suan Kaew - Central Shopping Plaza on Huay Kaew Road. We are the perfect accommodation option for those looking for a budget friendly option with class & style. Our guesthouse can be reached from the airport in 15 mins and we recommend the airport taxi service at just 120 baht or $4USD. If you would like to cook yourself at Qi68 we have a kitchen at the loft space lobby available for you 24 hrs per day and don't forget our complimentary, panoramic Bar-B-Que area available for all our guests.Nothing is too much for us to do for you so just ask Me, Kee or Garn my Manager who is at your service.Don't forget we also have free pushbikes (bicycles) for all guests and motorbike rental on site at competitive rates.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very nice place to stay and a great value. Qi 68 is a bit of a self-service hotel in that there is rarely anyone at the front desk - you're given a code to let yourself in and a phone number to call (to someone on site) if you need anything. That said, we didn't need anything for the two nights we stayed there so were left blissfully alone with no interuptions from housecleaning or the sort. Decor is top notch for the price range, location is excellent and all interactions that we did have with staff were very positive.

Nice hotel, mostly quiet (planes fly in/out from 07h00 till 23h00), spacious rooms (some with balcony), spacious bathroom, nicely decorated, jazzy music in lounge, kitchen for your purpose availabe, very friendly staff. Overall a familiar place to stay and relax a few days while discovering charming Chiang Mai. I would definitely come back here again!

We had such great hosts here, always very helpful! Also we really like the design of the place. It is a bit far from the center, but we actually enjoyed being in a more relaxed area. And we had our best Pad thai two streets away from Qi 68, which we would have never tasted unless living in this area :)

This little hotel is a very nice place with well appointed rooms, a serene environment and good showers. The wifi is good and the location is OK. The owner was never there. After checking us in, the very nice owner, just disappeared for the entire rest of our stay, never to be seen agai. In fact, there was no one there 95% of the time. This was frustrating, as we couldn't get information or get transportation.

It's not easy to find the hotel. But it is very stylish and the layout is quite smart. There is a small garden connecting 4 rooms together, and it's an interesting design. However, we couldn't have a good sleep since the neighbors were quite noisy, talking and smoking in the garden till mid night. We had to get up early on the other day for early flight! The other complaint is the hotel was not so far from the airport and asked for the front desk to arrange a taxi to the airport, which is charged THB200. I am not sure if it's reasonable price or not, but it's really more expensive than my expectation.

Small boutique b&b with great modern decor, large rooms and 5 minutes walk to the main road. One of the reasons I stay here is it is also quiet and away from noisy areas of Chiangmai, but still close enough to the moat and Nimmanhemin areas. Owner is helpful and also cooks a good breakfast.

My Friend and I stayed here for a night and we got a huge Twin Room that opened up to the Koi pond area outside! The place is really pretty, done up immaculately by the owner. It's quirky and I loved it! A 10-15 min walk along the main road takes you a great area with amazing cafes and shops! Or a tuk tuk to make a trip to the night bazaar area.

This my first hotel review - we were so happy with this place that we couldn't not write a review to sing it's praises! Whilst it may be set back from the busy areas, it is a 5 minute walk to the road and then a so-cheap-it's-almost-embarrassing red taxi or tuk tuk ride to the old city or night bazaar. Nothing can be done about the location, but it more than makes up for it with the style and atmosphere of the place. Even walking up the stairs to the reception area with its cool decoration is a treat. Everything is so well thought out and the little quirks like the houses for the keys to sit in at reception and the way you let the cleaner know to 'do not disturb' or clean your room add to the feel of this hotel. We stayed in the yellow room; a big comfy kingsize bed, lots of space with a really simple but amazing design....a cool wall partition between the main room and the bathroom, rainfall shower (which could be quite temperamental at times but was mostly fine) and double doors that opened out (fully!!) to a small outdoor area with a koi pond. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed daily too. If I had one slight grumble it would be that the air con wasn't massively effective, but that is more to do with the size of the room it has to cool down, and was only really an issue when it was at the hottest parts of the day - room was nice and cool in the mornings upon waking up. This being said, it wouldn't make me change staying there, and I will definitely recommend staying there to anyone that would listen! The staff were all very friendly, and the best little addition to the place has to be the French Bulldog! Would book this hotel again without even thinking if we return to Chiang Mai
