Anne, Tina & young Dham were the perfect hosts to this cute guesthouse. The rooms were clean, the shower is powerful & hot, the best I've had in Thailand! The location is west so you can walk to thae pae gate or get a red car for Baht20. I'd definitely return & stay here again. Thank you for everything. Especially...

When we arrived the girls on reception was so nice and friendly!! We went to our room and it was very nice, the beds were so comfy and smelt clean and fresh! They shower was so powerful it was so so good to have a shower that actually worked (I think I'd stay here just for a decent shower alone)...

:) We appreciate your review. Thank you so much to announce those to the world! It is a pity that you missed our Thai towel or Thai loincloth. Thai loincloth (Called "Pha-Kao-Ma" in Thai) is a basic stable piece in Thai's household. It is a multipurpose garment. Used as a sarong, towel, sash, carrying, wrapping and etc. It is one...

While being on my World Tour I traveled through Thailand and stopped at this cute little place in Chiang Mai. The place is located well, really close to the airport and it got street food restaurants right around the corner. You can easily walk to the markets, malls or temples in the area around. I loved the double bed room...

Dozy House is a great place to stay just inside the Old Town of Chiang Mai on the east side. The owner is a wonderful lady, and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is quiet, and convenient for most thing's provided you are happy to walk a little bit. They also...

I think I paid about $20 for a spacious no frills room with a huge bed. Price was exactly right and in line with Chiang Mai prices. Not the cheapest guesthouse, but the rooms are huge and clean. Not a hotel either for sure and there are definitely a few snags... the water pressure in the shower was amazing (better...

This is a five star based on the rooms/cleanliness/wifi but it's the staff and customer service that really make this place shine. Location is in an alley but is close to a lot of things to do in the main square as well as restaurants.

We stayed at the hotel two nights. It was one of the best hotel we stayed in Thailand in the range of our budget (10-15€). Spacious, clean and great bathroom. It is located into the rampart area. I recommand it 100%.

Advantages are good location and size of the rooms as well as more than enough place to put the luggage. Nice staff. The hotel takes the money in advance so do not decide how long would you stay befor seeing the room first. Disadvantages is that nobody pays attention that the rooms are not cleaned properly (i cleaned the desk...

Phoned the hotel to see if they could switch our days as we where going to get there a day earlier than planned, owner was really helpful and sorted this not problem! When we arrived the owner gave a lovely friendly welcome and our room was massive! Really big, clean and had everything we needed, plus the shower was so...

The friendliest place I have ever stayed. The staff were wonderful and so helpful with excursions and getting around Chiang Mai. Very homely vibe like free toast and coffee and no shoes on inside. Room was excellent and clean and located in the old town so very close to Sunday market and major temples! You must stay here!!!!!

Thank Ciarán B
