Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We really, really had a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the reception and attention to detail was wonderful. The property is so pretty with a lovely pool, koi pond, lush garden area and a beautiful lobby. It was very easy to walk from the hotel to visit many sights, as well as the street market. If I was going back, I would definitely stay here again.

We are staying at the Siri Village hotel at the moment over Christmas. Beautiful hotel in wonderful Chiang Mai. This is our fourth visit to Chiang Mai & this hotel is definitely our favourite so far. Very close to great restaurants & temples. Beautiful rooms & great breakfasts. The beds are massive & so comfortable. The bathrooms have a separate bath & shower. Good water pressure too. Some free snacks & drinks on the first day to enjoy. Also tea & cakes in the lobby every afternoon. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Always smiling & our room has been cleaned every day to a high standard with fresh items towels etc. The hotel has been decorated to a very high standard with lots of gorgeous details, antiques & interesting photos around. The only problem is the building work going on nearby. It’s pretty loud,I am sat on our balcony now & it does disturb the peace somewhat. But that’s something the hotel cannot control. It would not put us off staying here again but just wanted to mention it. Think it will be going on for a while. Most days are spent out & about seeing the sites though so should not spoil the enjoyment of this wonderful hotel. Will definitely be our hotel of choice when we re visit.

We LOVED it here. The location is amazing with an easy walk to temples, great food, and the night market. The room was beautiful. From the tile work, to the spacious bathroom, to the ample storage and seating, we felt spoiled staying here. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Stayed one week in Chiang Mai, which included 3 days of wet and wonderful Songkran. Rooms, appointments, super fast Wifi, pool area and breakfast were all top notch! Staff could not be any kinder. Ice Cold AC in the very nicely appointed rooms, which was a godsend! as daytime temperatures were over 40C all week. If you find yourself in Chiang Mai for a holiday I can vouch very highly of this boutique property right in the middle of Old Town Chiang Mai.

This is a new hotel in the centre of the old city. The location is good and convenient it is near everything. The rooms are spacious with balconies. There is a restaurant and a small cafe in the reception area. I have not dined in the restaurant so can’t comment on it. There is a pool and I used it a few times. It is very small but nobody used it when I was there. There were two blemishes. The internet connection was very inconvenient. I had to reconnect it several times a day. Another thing was that the room was not tidied after I had a day trip in the Doi Inthanon National Park. Lastly it is just next to a temple and one can hear the chanting of Buddhist scripture. You may like it however.

New hotel with great friendly service from the hotel staff. Near to the malls and the tourist spots. They even organize a world cup finals screening for the guests in the main lobby. Great experience to watch perhaps the greatest world cup finals in history!

Siri Village Hotel With its 24 nicely decorated rooms with balconies or with terrace, Siri Village is a wonderful hotel and has a very relaxing atmosphere with a pleasant environment and swimming pool. Siri Village was inaugurated in the middle of 2022 so it is brand new. The hotel is located right in the center of Chiang Mai's old town and of course inside the city wall. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is served according to the menu method, so you just have to choose any number of meals from it, The advantage is that it is always fresh and tasty. You don't have to stand frustrated in a breakfast queue at the buffet with coughing children. It can not get better. What to say about the staff. They are probably chosen directly by the owner because of their positive ability to provide such excellent service that can only be provided. You feel welcome from all the people who work within the business. Everything from the gardener. The janitor. the reception etc etc. A joy to stay and have your holiday at this hotel.
