Stayed here for several day and was very happy with the place. Clean and quiet, and the owners were helpful and friendly. Very little traffic outside. Not a party place. Its located about a 6 or 7 minute walk from Thae Prae Gate, but in the opposite direction from all the noise and tacky touristy shops. If you want a...

My boyfriend and I arrived in Chiang Mai after the 10 hour bus from Kanchanaburi. Needless to say I ate something bad I was sick all through the bus, so arriving at the hotel was a god sent. We arrived prior to check in and they had our room ready within an hour! The owners husband introduced himself right away...

The guest house was fine overall. The rooms were spacious, the owner was welcoming and friendly. Only downside was the fact that everything seemed a bit expensive. For example the breakfast was 120 baht pp for 2 eggs with bacon and cheese, or using the gym would cost you 100 baht. While being in thailand for a month this was...

I enjoyed our 4 night stay here. For backpackers on a budget you get more than what you pay for! One of the best things is a decent mattress which is really hard to come by in Thailand. The rooms are basic but clean and a nice hot shower! Location is perfect- it's out of the hustle and bustle but...

Wonderful little guesthouse near Thae Pae gate area. Really can't beat the price for location and amenities. Wifi was wonderful! Bed was comfortable, towels and drinking water were included. Large bottle of water could be purchased for 20 baht as well. They cleaned your room everyday which is hard to come by for budget accommodation. Typical Thai bathroom with shower...

Stayed here and was really happy with the service. The rooms are clean and have aircon. They are large and have a comfortable bed too. The host from Belgium (sorry forgot your name bro) was awesome. Offers great advice on cheap eating spots, markets and tours. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here in chiang mai. We booked the first night online with the aim to look for somewhere to stay in person, we decided to stay for 5 nights as we were really happy with the guest house. The hosts speak excellent English and are very helpful and are always around to help. It's incredibly clean...

All the perks, great location, comfy bed, quiet AC, friendly owner and free Belgian waffles on Sun...treat! I ended up staying 21 days during high season. Great place if you want to be close to old town, markets, yet away from the hustle of inner city. Rent bicycle & moped from someone you can trust.
