I was looking for a spa hotel, somewhere that offers some relaxing therapies but this was not it! The whole place is pretty old and outdated. The bedrooms were not very clean and the bedsheets smelt old and didn't have that fresh feeling. Bathrooms very run down and shower pressure non existent. The location is awful but that was my...

This place is located bit far. Hotel has the basic amenities. Bed was comfortable for sleep. Good option for one or two night stay. Self driving is recommended if you are planning to stay in Mountain Creek Wellness Resort

Positive: friendly staff, spacious room, beautiful scenery from the room, good for large groups, or if you are driving your own vehicle. Negative: expensive getting in and out of the hotel, 300 THB for each trip out of the hotel and another 300 THB at least to get back. If you have never been to Chiang Mai, 500 THB is...

Noisy aircon, far out from any civilisation at all, no tuk tuk or taxis knew where it was, so was difficult getting back in the evening. Staff were lovely but didn't speak English so was hard for them to be helpful. The rooms were quite nice and spacious. Breakfast in the morning wasn't the best, with ants being on the...

Due to a scheduling error on our part, we arrived in Chiang Mai a day too early for our reservation at a different spa resort, and they didn't have a room available for us. Thanks to the helpful receptionist, the Mountain Resort was able to accommodate us for the night. They even sent a driver to pick us up, and...

We rented two rooms for a business trip and brought the family. This is one of the worst places we ever stayed. The list of problems that staff were very unhelpful to fix and basically admitted they just couldn't fix and didn't care so tough for us. No hot water Mold in the ice tray of fridge that didn't work...

Stayed here for one night in May. Were upgraded to a deluxe room which was lovely. No hot water but this was quickly fixed. Dilapidated gym and pool was dirty. Staff were helpful. Very far out of chiang mai with no shops or restaurants close by. Also in bad weather the hotel gets very dirty due to its open plan...

Arrived on New Years Eve to a very loud band outside in the cold. Everyone was freezing & wrapped in blankets. Food cold & inedible. Had to go to room because of noise. Toilet overflowed & staff blamed me & said I overloaded the toilet (which I did not). They plunged toilet but did not mop the floor. So floor...

This hotel doesn't really live up to it's name. Let me list down some of our disappointments: noisy airconditioner and mini bar in the room, no hot water in the shower, paint and finishes are tatty, the location of this hotel is too far out from the centre and therefore you need to catch a taxi for all your travelling...
