During our travels across the globe, my husband and I always seek out high-end, boutique hotels, as we prefer the unique experience each offers. After much research, my husband and I selected 137 Pillars House for our November stay in Chiang Mai, and simply put, the property exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who...

After a two nights retreat in a so called "zen place", we decided to check out the city. We chose 137 Pillars House as we fell in love instantly with the hotel's interior design upon seeing the pictures online. Checking in, we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to the LOUIS LEONOWENS POOL SUITES. It was really a much...

When deciding where to stay in Chiang Mai, we were between 137 Pillars, Anantara, Four Seasons, and Dhara Dhevi. Following the recommendations of several friends, we chose 137 Pillars. Upon arrival, and throughout our stay, we were extremely happy with this decision. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds immaculate, the food excellent, and, most of all, the service is outstanding...

The hotel style, rooms, and service were all hyped up ahead of our visit by friends/other reviews. Everything was even better than anticipated. The service is on another level and the personal butler help is wonderful! Breakfast is great and the rooms are very peaceful/comfortable.

137 Pillars House is an exquisite boutique hotel with superb service. It is a little paradise. The rooms are beautiful, with indoor and outdoor showers. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the restaurant is great. We have spent a week here exploring Chiangmai and could happily stay longer. The staff is highly professional and attentive (but not at all obtrusive)....

A small boutique hotel, set in a busy section of the city, it is quiet and exceptional in everyday. The rooms are well appointed and so comfortable, and very quiet. The property is a sea...
