This boutique hotel was conveniently located in the middle of Old City of Chiang Mai. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable and we had a city view from our little deck. The breakfast was nothing special and we opted to just go elsewhere after the first day for breakfast. The bathroom desperately needs some... More

In the Old Town, walking distance to everything, yet reasonably quiet. Breakfast menu is a limited a-la-carte. They have 13 rooms from single to a junior suite. Three level building without a lift, but this did not bother us. Staff speaks limited English and are extremely helpful. We had a day trip to the Golden Triangle and another day fishing... More

It would be hard to fault this place for quality, friendly low key service and price. Much better value than many in this area. Worth paying the extra for a much larger deluxe room. The morning receptionist View is a sweetie. Very helpful. You will get a much better price by phone or visit than from the agencies. Breakfast looks... More

The room was very big, the staff was not super friendly, and the bad was as hard as a rock. Overall it was ok, but other hotels offer better deals for cheaper prices. I would recommend to find a dofferent hotel.

This hotel, though modest, offers great advantages when staying in Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was always attentive and nice throughout our four night stay. It is located just meters away from the night market, but far enough to provide you with a good night's sleep. Overall, a great and affordable experience.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. Lovely staff, lovely room, very clean. Absolutely fabulous location, located right inside the Tha Phae Gate in the heart of the action, around the corner from some good bars. Wifi worked really well, better than most places on our travels. Great air-con as well. We were picked up from lobby for many tours... More

Situated on a road which is quiet yet rammed with great restaurants and cute coffee shops it's an ideal location. Rooms are a little dated but massive, clean (very) and air-conditioning that brings the temperature down to comfortable if not freezing. Breakfast isn't special but perfectly good to launch the day and leave some space for the amazing food available... More

Comfortable guesthouse with air - con rooms and ensuite bathrooms. It is a 3 storey block of hotel rooms and like most places in Chiang Mai there is no lift. When I booked , I requested "no stairs" and the Guesthouse did take note. We were given a ground floor twin bedded room. It is clean throughout. Our booking included... More

We stayed here 6 nights. What a great little place. Spacious rooms, very clean. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Fantastic location, Sunday markets nearly at the doorstep. Lots of restaurants & bars & 7/11 close by. Breakfast included, fantastic choice of breakfast foods. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Organising tours or taxis. Will definitely stay here... More
