What a great place to stay! The staff were genuinely so welcoming and helpful - particular thanks to the gentleman who looks after the restaurant and pool-bar. If you can get a rate that is inclusive of breakfast, it is a real treat with so many options. The restaurant is more expensive than the local food but you are served with something that is a league above. We had one of the rooms that opens on to the pool (pictured) which we loved; they each have their own private terrace with space for a sofa, chair and table.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was pretty modern. There is a small pool that very few people used, so it was very accessible. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and ordering from the menu. Staff are really friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as massage places. I would really recommend this hotel. The only thing to be aware Nov is that there is a small Buddhist temple across from the balconies/pool and they can be ringing their gong at 5 am.

We stayed here in an executive room for seven nights. The room was lovely with a huge bathroom and a small balcony facing onto a surprisingly busy street (especially at rush hours). To access the room there are several steps after exiting the lift so this room would possibly not be suitable for those with accessibility requirements. All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good with a buffet and menu of both Thai and western food. There is outside seating next to the road as well as a nice indoor dining area. The pool was pleasant for a dip and a few laps but there was limited room for sitting around it. Poolside rooms had direct access into the pool but there is no ladder for direct access back to the room which may be a hindrance to some people. Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay here, it was a great base for exploring Chiang Mai and we were lucky enough to catch the Loy Krathong festival on its final night.

We liked the location of the hotel. A quiet part on the old city, close to the old temples and with many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Would recommend Huen Phen and Lookbua restaurants for good value meals. We had a pool access room which was lovely and it was nice to chill by the small pool, with the occasion lengths swimming when it was quiet. The room itself was nice equipped, however there were no tea bags in the room when we arrived. Additionally the supply of coffee and tea in the room was miserly and often we had to ask for further supplies. Breakfast was ok, just ok and just about enough choice for the 4 days we were there. The housekeeping & cleaning of the room was by far the worst part of our experience. On our first morning I returned to the room & the door was half open. I witnessed the cleaner showing a unhealthy interest in one of our small rucksacks. I confronted her at the point of her hand inside the bag. Her sheepish look told me she had been caught red handed. What she was hoping to find or acquire? I don't know. I raised this with the front desk. Apologies came, but the trust was gone. As compensation we were given 2 x mocktail vouchers - these being the same vouchers we already received on arrival. I didnt feel this in any way compensated the distress of a cleaner going through your things! I have since researched and come across a further review where money had gone missing.

We loved the spacious room. Lighting was good. Water pressure was great. Room was make up daily, thank you housekeeping! 🙏.. Not to forget reception Nhu Nu, who assisted us with the TV (due to bad weather). 😍 Overall, hotel is neat and clean, staffs are friendly. Location was great too, lots of massage shops and eatery around. Getting around is convenient, by tuktuk or Grabs, pricing is reasonable too. 🥰

Four of us stayed here for four nights in October/November. We all really liked the hotel. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the staff are very friendly and the pool was large and often empty. The location is excellent. Only slight criticism is that some of the pastries at breakfast were a bit stale. Overall, an excellent hotel and we’d like to come back.

Breakfast is a semi-buffet but some food arrived cold which could be improved. Overall, I can still recommend it to others.

After some logistical ups and downs, my mom and I were so relieved to find T Heritage Hotel. It was such a beautiful, welcoming oasis! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the restaurant food was very good (especially the spicy seared tuna appetizer and sugar-free mango smoothie), and the room was bright and beautiful in a modern Thai style. The bed was amazing too - firm and even, but with a slightly softer topper - combined with the blackout curtains, it was the best night’s sleep we’ve had in Thailand. I only wish we’d stayed here for our whole vacation!

A great place to stay in the old city! The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is very pretty and a nice area to relax. We had an outstanding dinner, and the breakfast was very good too. More assistance with organizing a taxi would have been helpful as one easy area improve, otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel in the old town. Easy walking to most things but there are plenty of tuk tuks. The reception staff were great and looked after us well. The room was great with a very comfy bed and the cleaning excellent. I think they've missed a trick with the outside space on the terrace and around the pool. Its a lovely area but it can be hard work getting a drink. They would attract a lot more people (residents and passers by)to eat and drink there if they raised the profile a bit with staff outside welcoming people, a 'Happy Hour' notice in the foyer is a bit lazy. Also they try and discourage you having breakfast out there by locking the sliding doors and not laying tables which is a shame. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return again
