I have stayed at many places in CM & Flora house is so far the only one I've liked. Yes I have had to pay more but you get a big comfortable bed, a big kitchen, great internet & a great area except it is right under the flight path. Each time I stay in CM is for a whole...

We stayed there 7 nights, every day they cleaned our appartment and the lady in charge is lovely! It's outside of the main tourist part of the town which for us was perfect since it felt way more authentic! We rented a moto for the week, did Muay thaï in front of our appartment. We ate the most delicious food...

I first moved to Chiangmai with my pooch in September last year. Flora house was fantastic - very comfortable set-up for a single person or couple. The room I stayed in has a fantastic view of the mountains!! Location is perfect for those wanting a taste of local life in Chiangmai - as the street offers many local restaurants, cafes...

Such amazing service time after time. The hotel rooms are beautiful. Hand carved wooden furniture. The rooms are absolutely spotless. It's a bit out front he main city, but well worth it. Lots of cool and cultural-filled things to do around the area. Will be staying here every time I visit Chiang Mai thats for sure!

I stayed at Flora House for a month and it is a wonderful location. It is away from the backpacker scene and much more peaceful. Other guests at Flora House are also very friendly. Apartments are well appointed and Oi, the apartment manager is very attentive. In fact we found out that you can even request to have the furniture...

Our apartment had a generous sized living room with kitchenette, fridge and large bedroom area with a desk and huge double bed. Great place to stay for long time. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with all equipment and furniture you need, big rooms and balconies, everything you need to feel yourself at home. It looks far from center of city, but you can go there by red cab (bus) or tuktuk (taxi) in 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Flora house is close...

“Stay for one month or more to get the best rate. There are two parts to the apartment building complex, the old and the new. Select the new apartments for the quality of rooms I write about. The older portion of the Flora House will be for those who cannot afford the higher quality rooms of the new portion of the building complex. Guests in apartments pay for electricity (about !,000 baht per month for each air conditioned room when run 24-/7). Water costs 200 baht per guest per month. A 5,000 baht security deposit is required and is returned after your electric bill is paid. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable.”
  • Two separate bathrooms for each bedroom
  • Rear balcony faces Doi Su Thep mountain. Wash sink outside.
