DON'T STAY HERE - unless you're happy with a tiny shower room (5ft by 4ft) where everything - toilet, sink, floor - gets drenched if you use the shower AND unless you are happy with a SMALL bedroom which is not clean. DON'T BELIEVE the room size Booking.com quotes (& REFUSES TO CORRECT*): the biggest "deluxe" room is about 15ft...

1) Unfriendly man at checkin. Tried to give us a twin room when we clearly booked a double. Once I said refund then all of a sudden a double was available. Twin would've been better though as our Bed was tiny 2) Our shower was over the toilet and hardly any water came out of shower head. Still felt dirty...

We have been there for three days , location was good but in hindsight to expensive and management unfriendly. Don't wash laundry in hotel, they charge you five times. Chiang Mai was great and worth a trip.

It's a nice little place for the price and in a good location within the old town, safe area, well lit. Our room was very small indeed. At first we wasn't too bothered but after 4 days we couldn't wait to have a larger room in Pai. Shower head needed to be fixed upon arrival, had to mention that the...

The owner is a dishonest man. We arrived expecting to pay by cash and he had already debited our card. He said he would void it .. Which you can just do directly on the machine (I work in a reception too I know how it works) so we paid in cash. 3 days later we saw that the card...

After living in and traveling in Asia, this place is a wonderful boutique hotel. The atmosphere in reception and by the pool is fabulous, and the waterfall into the pool is small but relaxing. The owner has obviously taken time and care in the decoration of the rooms and the hotel, it has colored glass windows, teak doors, and tiled...

Booked in for 3 nights, rooms are very small and the shower and toilet are literally right next to each other, not really a problem but some people will prefer the shower to be separate. The pool was freezing, and their was uncountable dead bugs floating on the top. Obviously we, nor did we see anyone else ever using it....

I have recently just stayed at sathu , booking 4 nights , first impressions where good close into town centre , and cute little courtyard , I'd read reviews and thought it sounded ok , My room was on the ground floor , there was some noise from upstairs banging etc, and I will say you can hear everything from...

1. Dangerous Road The road to get into the entrance was on construction that it was dangerous. You will have to walk avoiding huge nails that are fixed on the road, your big luggage will be a hassle to drag on sandy surfaced ground inbetween "the nails zone" 2. The I-Don't-Know-English Receptionist At late at night, there was a young...

Beautiful guest house in a great location. Washing distance to everything. Staff was extremely courteous, and everything was very clean. Rooms are small, but tastefully decorated. A great deal for the cost. I'd come back again in the future!
