Rooms are great, we stay in a Family Suite and yes, room is spacious enough for 4pax. There are 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and a small dinning & sitting area. Recommended for short stay while discovering areas near to airport. Have a big shopping mall just opposite the hotel and there is a supermarket nearby too. Great for families and couples alike.

Our room was big, bigger than anything we've had for the same price point. Hot shower had good pressure, comfortable beds, great location near to the airport, Central department store and Rimping. The windows almost completely eliminated noise from outside. The staff were helpful and friendly. We'll definitely stop there again next time we're in Chiang Mai.

This is supposed to be a 4 start hotel but would say it is a 3 star. The staff barely speak english. Whilst it is close to the airport and Central Plaza Shopping Mall, there is nothing else near. You will need a taxi to get around. The airport offered a free transfer from the airport but failed to turn up and no one understood us when we complained and then they charged us for the return back to the airport. The room was OK but quite dark. Bed was firm. There was a fridge in the room which was helpful. Plenty of spaced to hang your things. Also a top that ran under the window and gave plenty of space for toiletries and small items. To get to the dinning room you had to come down to ground floor and cross by the swimming pool and up some stairs. Most food geared up to Thai people althought he lady there was very helpful in sorting me out with food as I am a vegetarian. The hotel was not noisy however if you are a light sleeper then dont get a room on the front. I had to wear earplugs. Swimming pool is right by reception ???!!! This hotel is ok for a short stay but not 2 weeks holiday

We enjoy staying at the Airport Greenery. The rooms are large and clean. Service is friendly and there are more English speakers at the front desk than ever before. There's a new restaurant and large meeting room at the back. The pool, sadly, is under repair and there is some construction noise at the front. My only concern is that the beds seem hard. We keep coming back.

This was the first time I stayed here. I have noticed mixed reviews about this hotel on the internet but decided to try it anyway. The location was good. It's very near the airport, and just across the street from the Centre Airport Plaza shopping mall. The room I had (studio) was clean and quite spacious and with adequate lighting. It was supposed to be a mountain-view room, but the air quality in Chiang Mai was so bad that I could hardly make out the mountain. The room looks worn out. Wallpaper was peeling in several places in the room, and the bathroom ceiling paint was flaking. While the room was generally clean, the cleaning crew didn't do a thorough job in their daily cleaning. E.g. there was always something left behind in the trash bin after they have cleaned, a piece of toilet paper that fell onto the floor in the bathroom was left there after cleaning was done. A glass I left on the bathroom counter wasn't cleaned. I used up the provided cotton bud on the second day and they didn't replenish at all after that. They apparently don't provide hand soup, despite me asking the front desk specifically for it. The air condition in the room was set to 20 degrees, which was fine during the day but definitely too cold through the night. When I set it to 22 or higher, the unit started making weird noise as if it was faulty. Breakfast was ok, with enough selection to satisfy different people. However, it seems the dishes were the same every day. Wifi speed was adequate. The hotel provides free pickup service from the airport. And for 100 baht, they would give you a ride to the airport (which is a good price, compared to charges by the popular ride-hailing service). Contrary to what's stated on TripAdvisor, the hotel does not have a fitness centre. They have a swimming pool, but I've not seen anyone using it. Overall, I feel that this place is OK for a short stay, just don't expect much.

A first, hotel attempted to scam me for $1,000 Baht! As you enter any elevator transitioning up to your room you’ll hopefully note a notice for charges associated with anything in the room such as towels, sheets, etc. Thinking this strange at the time but having never had an issue with damage or theft of others property gave it no other thought. “Good morning Thailand”, two afternoons later, the front desk called me over as I returned from golf and pulled pictures of laundry soiled with small amounts of blood (2 or three quarter to half dollar sized spots) [hopefully they will respond in their own defense with their pictures shown as defense of their charge], demanding immediate payment of $1,000 Baht ($31.00 USD) cash for the blood damaged bedding item. Initially, assuming this was a simple language barrier misunderstanding, but quickly realized this was a real demand. I grabbed my translator (iPhone app), and asked for clarification. They reconfirmed their demand. I asked for confirmation, are you a knowledgeable hotel operator who doesn’t know how to get blood out via laundry? They were unable to confirm and advised they would check tomorrow with their boss and revert. Following this timid indefensible position I doubled down with a question were they aware of; Trip Advisor Rating? At this point, they were advised of my my plan to inform all Trip Advisor readers of this attempted scam. Second response was much as their first, we will check with the boss and revert. Never heard anything about the matter. Second issue developed with laundry, prior to the above matter. Again there was advertising in elevators about a laundry promotion, so delivered two days laundry in the a.m., followed with another days clothing early p.m. same day, asking when I might expect the items back. Advised next day after 2:00 for the a.m. and two days for the p.m. drop offs. Next afternoon I was advised would take another day. Four days later they were making excuses for not having the p.m. items. Glad I was there for seven days or would have had to abandon clothing. Coincidentally running out of clean clothing, I went down the street to an independent laundry and they provided same day service at less expense. You will note, I’m a retired, active international traveler and this is my first negative review of one star ever and hopefully never again. My counsel, avoid the place. By they way if you desire an onsite brothel they also have a new bar with two beautiful ladies prepared to assist. They had no interest in golf and handicaps I assumed were high, so they remain untouched from my hands, fresh for following Travelers. Lastly, this hotel caters to large tours, mostly Chinese.
