On the website they had advertised a discounted room that included breakfast, and once I arrived the owner told me that breakfast wasn't included and that I'd have to pay double the amount I was paying for the room to have it included. I understand that this misleading advertising was most likely the result of an error, which has since...

I apologise for the misunderstanding over the room rate. I did offer you breakfast at an additional rate of 80 baht (not double the room rate as you state) and you may recall that I also offered to refund your money so that you could find a double air conditioned room with free wifi and breakfast elsewhere in Chiang Mai,...

Some of the most polite people I have met while traveling are the owners. The place is spotless and not far from the night bazaar and food and drink. I highly recommend...just not a party place is all which is just what I wanted for awhile anyways.

We arrived and were greeted by the friendly Keith, who showed us to a comfortable room with A/C and Wi-Fi. The furnishings were pretty sparse, but everything was well-maintained and in good working order. The room and the communal bathrooms were both very clean. We met several lovely people who were also staying there at the same time as us....

We stayed at Finlays Cottage for 3 days during our visit to Chiang Mai. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival by Keith and all of the other members of staff. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was always great and the WiFi was always good too. It's about...

I am studying abroad with a friend from college and she booked this place based upon the reviews. I'm so glad she did! We stayed on the first floor in double twin bed rooms which came with AC and wifi. The owners are so nice and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean but watch out for mosquitos! Bug spray is provided...

Myself & my boyfriend stayed at Finley's Cottage for 3 nights whilst staying in Chiang Mai. Our private double room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was delicious! Keith was a fantastic host and was extremely helpful answering any questions we had. Such a peaceful location. I would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Finlay's cottage with my three teens for two nights. Before I even arrived, Keith was great at answering my emails and helping me set up tours for the four of us. Both Keith and Ratree (his wife) were so kind once we arrived. Ratree set up massages for us over the phone and even came to check...

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Chiang Mai as I stayed in about 4 different places. I had a private room for only 400 baht a night. The owners were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good. The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the loud busy streets, but still very close...

The cottage is very nice and clean, the breakfast is Basic, but very good. The owner Keith and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The cottage located only 5 minutes away from the old Town. Laundry service is only 1 minute away from the cottage. The rooms got an ac. The only little shortcoming is that the house is...
