I would stay here again and again if I make it back to Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a/c, a fridge, and a balcony. The pool is the biggest bonus- especially in 100+ temperatures! My husband and I were so happy to come back every evening to a cool swim. You also get a free breakfast...

Fairly central - about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the local markets, night market and older part of the town. Rooms are large, clean with fridge and kettle. There is also a small balcony; however our room did not have a view. Request a room facing the pool. Not a big chain type hotel, so this allows staff and...

This is our third time at the Sakorn residence. The hotel is lovely and the staff is as well. It's a quiet and quaint family owned and operated hotel that offers and exceptional value. We stayed 21 nights the last two years and 2 weeks our first year. Each time was excellent. We can not love and appreciate every one...

Hotel was very basic but very clean. Front desk was helpful but didn't mention that they had lock boxes at the front desk. The room safe good could be carried away. Location was quite but not super close to the markets., but a 100 baht ride away. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate.

This is a very good hotel without being spectacular. Rooms are huge, bright and clean. Breakfast not the best but perfectly acceptable. WiFi is, as you would expect in Thailand, excellent. Front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and speak excellent english. There's no outdoor areas to relax in apart from a couple of chairs and loungers around the pool, and...

Great value for money. Its set in a quite place which is just a short ride/walk away from the main area. Spacious clean rooms and a good swimming pool. Courteous staff members. There is a coffee shop in the premise that has some good coffee. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes little peace

Excellent value for money. Very big and clean rooms. Super fast wifi. The breakfast is ok but we found 'Bake & Bite' around the corner had the best breakfast options. Himlay restaurant right next door did excellent thai and indian curries!! This side of town felt less hectic than the centre. You are also minutes walk from Riverside restaurant and...
