Not many places have free delicious breakfast every morning, a very convenient location, extremely helpful staff, and that eco-friendly vibe. That is why my boyfriend and I were thrilled with our stay here. The positive energy and helpfulness of the staff along with the wonderful fellow travelers we met there contributed to the amazing time we had in Chiang Mai.

Initially booked this place for two nights but booked an overnight trek so stayed another two nights after the trek. The guesthouse had a room for us to keep our big rucksacks in while we were on the overnight trek and Tao gave us a bottle of water each to bring with us the morning of our trek. The room...

Together with our 20something daughter, we stayed for 11 nights at this ideal spot. Then returned (just the two of us) for a further five nights. The location is ideal--minutes from the Thapae Gate and Sunday walking market. Because it's on a cul de sac, the place is quiet. But above all, you get service here that we've not experienced...

Although we initially only booked for 3 nights, we ended up staying at this guesthouse for 9 nights. They were quite busy so we had to change rooms 3 times. Room 101 on the ground floor had A/C and a separate shower. The bright light & noise from the communal/eating area meant I had to hang a blanket over the...

I read all the great reviews on here about the owners. It's great - they really do take care of you as if you were family. I felt very looked after. But that was actually a negative for me. I was on my trip to be away from my family, and to be the only one looking after myself. I...

I spent 24 nights in Baan Nud-Kud and I didn't want to leave! Very good location, close to Tha Pae gate, temples, markets, restaurants. Located in a green oasis, beautiful common area. Very good bed, very clean, sheets exchanged every three days, together with towels. Tao, the owner is very passionate about her guest-house and it shows. She pays attention...

Stayed for 5 days at Baan Nud Kun and were very happy. Rooms are clean and nicely arranged, bathroom was clean. Complementary water, nice common area with hammocks. Though some long term-stayer stuffed the fridges with their stuff, there was hardly any room for a yoghurt. You can't beat the location which is in a small lane, away from the...

My boyfriend and I booked two nights at Baan Nud-Kun based on tripadvisor and we were not dissapointed. The rooms are very simple but clean and the bed was comfortable so that's all we needed. The place itself has so much charm and character and is in such a great location that we will surely stay again if we are...

We stayed in Baan Nud Kun on December 8, 2010 for 3 nights. We booked the fan room in 3rd floor via email with Tao for 400 baht including mini breakfast. This green eco-friendly guest house made us feel like safely coming home - humble but cozy, peaceful atmosphere regardless what happen around. Tao, her husband & her staff -...
