Just not up to the 2013 4 star rating as per Trip-advisor. We were utterly disappointed. The pictures did not do justice, and the staff were disconnected from the guests most of the time (more connected to their phones) The room was bland and certainly not as clean as we have experienced in other similarly priced accommodation, bathroom was disgusting....

We stumbled across this place after arriving late with no pre booked place. The price was the same as we've been paying in Pai & Chiang Mai and it was fully worth it. The room was stunning. It was clean with a massive bed. Good hot shower also. The air con was great and not loud. Really glad we stayed...

Quite good location Rooftop jacuzzi was never working unfortunate as it was 40+ c when we were there and any form of water would of been good Nice staff during the day and early check in was appreciated They also let us use bag storage until our transfer came Would recommend to other budget travelers Just don't bring any smelly...

We walked in of the street and managed to get a room at a very good price, right in old Chiang Mai. Our room is quiet and comfortable and we have our own balcony, not much of a view. Breakfast was included in our price and there was a good selection to choose from. Very good wifi, real hot water,...

With breakfast which is quite good but the place is quite average compared to other places at that price so if you have time walk around and look for another hotel. A kettle with cups and coffee plus free soap and shampoo makes a difference. Would I come back? Not again as there's plenty of better choices around.

I have been staying at the Anoma Boutique House every time I have been in Chiang Mai since soon after the hotel first opened. On this visit I was given a room which I have had a couple of time before more than three years ago. While the room itself was generally as good as ever I noticed a number...

The narrow entrance is quite easy to miss this hotel but walking inside you will find a charming Lana style house with friendly service. The hotel is rather narrow and the room is small but clean and neat. Lightings inside the room is rather dim. Location is within walking distance of the weekend night market and several temples for you...

I've been myself referred to Anoma Boutique House by one of my good friends. And I liked it: it's humble, clean, has all the facilities you need. They serve decent breakfast which is included in the room booking rate. The 'Healthy' one with fruits and cereals was absolute fave. The location is quite convenient too.

We had a pleasant stay at Anoma boutique house. Rooms were in a good condition and affordable. Big rooms with nice bathrooms and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and highly motivated. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious. I recommend yoghurt with fruits and cereals. The staff can also arrange a cap and tours for you. Worth the money !
