It was very nice stay in Chiang Mai and reasonable. Very helpful and location was nice. Good restaurant around and quiet but close enough to main road and temples. Only thing was they closed reception before 7 and I wasn't able to ask them hair dryer for first night. But it dried our anyway. If you stay here you need...

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you would recommend us to a friend. As a small private house we do keep limited hours which helps us keep room prices to a minimum for you. Unfortunately that means we sometimes do not offer the services and extras that more expensive establishments have. Nevertheless...

Clean Comfortable At Great price (Cheap) And great location when visiting Chiang mai. Walking distantans form city center, But still in a quiet street. Where you easy can easily feed yourself, at late hour for a small price.

We loved staying at the Britannia. We were here for only 2 nights in late December and were blown away by the location. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful and gave us some excellent advice for booking bus tickets to Chiang Khong the day before (otherwise we probably would have missed out!). The room was basic but really...

We stayed at The Brittania for two nights. It was the perfect base to explore Chiang Mai and surrounds. It was neat, clean, the room was relatively spacious and the owner was helpful. It's within walking distance of a lot of interesting places in the old city and beyond. Good value!

Stayed here for a week in june -16, low-season. Very nice place and Chiang Mai is less touristy this time of the year. Extremely good value here! Of course the staff at the hotel can arrange trips for you, and you can trust them, giving you the best options. And a little rain won´t hurt you...

Great guest house with an ideal location, within walking distance to most activities, temples, restaurants and bars. The owners were very friendly, they helped us choose and book tours. It's really clean, safe and affordable. She even insisted to pay our taxi fare to the airport. We will certainly come back if we're in Chiang Mai.

We had a great time staying at the Britannia! We had a clean room that was cleaned daily, coffee, drinking water, soaps in the bathroom and free wifi. Loved staying here and chatting with Lachie. Definitely recommend it and would like to stay here again.

The room is a good size with a small balcony. Comfortable bed, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, location is great. Interesting tiles in bathroom! My only criticism is that the shower is not enclosed so when you use it water goes everywhere. The installation of a shower curtain could alleviate this problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Shower curtains certainly would be useful and some consideration is being given. Glad you like our 'interesting' tiles. They are something we inherited with the building, costly to install and costly to remove, but most people don't seem to mind them so there they stay for the time being.....
