First class hotel with great service in the lobby whenever we needed anything. It's a little out of the main area so need to order a tuk-tuk to go into town but that was never a problem. Nice cocktails by the pool and room was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed at Siripanna Villa Resort as part of a World Spree tour of Thailand. We found the hotel to be beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The grounds are exotic, with a small rice field and tropical plantings. It's on a busy street and just on the outskirts of the city but feels like it's far away. Beautiful as it is,...

We had a girls trip and enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and food was superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's not a huge place, the size is wonderful. The only thing we didn't like was we bought a package to serve offerings for the monks. One friend was without a monk and the whole process took 20...

Of all the places we stayed in Thailand this was by far our favorite. A bit off the beaten path which we actually loved. You walk into pure paradise. The hotel is beautiful...feels like a 5 star luxury resort. Staff was lovely...very friendly and welcoming at all times. The pool is surrounded by greenery and so lovely! There is a...

Our family of six stayed at Siripanna for four nights during our trip in December 2016. We've been traveling to many places in Thailand and have been spoiled by excellent services everywhere we went. Naturally we expected a similar pleasant experience at Chiangmai, but we could be very wrong. We were all appalled by the poor service at Siripanna. I...

This is a great place to go for an elegant Lanna style boutique hotel with exquisite Thai architecture. It has a great pool, a good buffet breakfast each day, and the most beautiful staff you could ever ask for. I love the hotel and people who work there. I especially love the manager Mr Manus who is always dressed in...

it is a resort. There is nice to have a big rice field. The hotel is not far from the town, just within 15 minutes drive. Most of staffs are good at English but the service is just average. The rice planting is a good activity must be joined.

Although the staff is very friendly this isn't a 5 star hotel. The rooms and facilities are run down. The buffet breakfast is underwhelming and the hotel is very much geared towards children. Although the amenities aren't great I enjoyed my massage at the spa (Royal Thai massage). The hotel did a great job setting me up with a driver...

Pulling into this hotel was a real surprise for me. The photos do not do it justice! The architecture, rooms, service, landscaping and the wonderful people in Chiang Mai just made the experience beautiful. I would stay here again. They do not have family suites but we took two rooms with our kids and our nanny and had a great...
