We stayed here for 4 nights. We loved the accommodation, although upon arrival we did find a huge cockroach in our room which we managed to get rid of using the bin in the room. This may have been our own fault as we did leave the door open briefly. For the next 3 nights we used our peppermint and...

We stayed here for 2 nights and we liked it. The room was big enough and a good shower and airco. The buildings are very nice (4 generations old) wooden houses and a beautiful garden. The location is very good, easy access to the nice temple and museum and art galleries in the same street. Tip for lunch: Woo, good...

We couldn't have been happier with our cottage at tanita house. Very clean, AC, wonderful owner who answered any/all q's and was super friendly! Good breakfast, small mini fridge that was always kept stocked with waters and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping! Highly recommend!

Staying at Tanita House was an absolute delight for the 3 nights we were in Chiang Mai. The hospitality was exceptional, rooms everything you could possibly need and the location was fantastic for easily getting about. Aor was always about and happy to help you with booking taxi services and always with a smile. The breakfast was spot on and...

We stayed here in early January 2016. The rooms are very cute as you can see in pictures. They look old and are made from wood. Everything was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great (eggs, bacon, juice, fruit, coffee, etc) and there is also an espresso machine and hot water available at all times. The location is outside the old...

the accomodation isn't like a 5 star hotel, however the hospitality and kindness of the owner is what gives this place it's 5 star rating. we stayed 3 nights and Aor was so lovely. She was always around to help give advice on where to go or any activities that were going on in town. Our room had aircon and...

a place you can relax, and you can count on the host; a very nice lady; staying in Tanita, very comfortable; quiet in night; can have a good rest after a traveling day; no TV in the room, in fact, I don't need TV; I stayed here for 3 nights, no need to lock the door, feel like home; if...

We stayed 4 nights and we were really sorry to leave. The whole compound is an oasis and it was a joy staying in one of the 170 years old cottages. Aor - the owner - was very helpful with everything. Very attentive staff kept our room and the whole compound utterly clean. Breakfast was perfect for us with homemade...

LOVED our stay at Tanita House. The grounds here are so pretty and full of greens. Misted all day to maintain the lush and to keep the place feeling cool on hot days. The newly renovated traditional Thai bungalows are beautiful on the inside and the outside. The bungalows, coffee house and main house where you eat your (included) breakfast...
