An oasis - just a beautiful hotel in the middle of the craziness of the old city of Chiang Mai. Our room was enormous, with plenty of storage, a great shower, a very comfortable bed, and a small patio overlooking the hotel’s lovely interior courtyard. The staff were incredibly helpful, even giving our payment to the laundry service that dropped off our clean clothes when we were out! The hotel is located on a quiet little street near Wat Pra Singh, one of the most important temples in town. In seconds you’re at restaurants, temples, cafes, and of course shops and spas. The hotel booked dinner for us (their recommendation, which was fine). Breakfast was a feast - dozens of options both Thai and western. Afternoon tea is delightful and there is always a large cooler of water and lemongrass tea. In short, I can’t recommend this place enough. We never did use the pool, but it’s quite attractive and we saw others splashing around. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Located in the Old City, this hotel was perfect for us. It’s quiet and tranquil. We booked a room with a balcony and were quite happy with the room. The size of the room, bed and other furniture was very nice.

The only downside for us was the shower area which has a tub. When showering, water kept flowing outside of the shower area. The tubs holding the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is also not practical but we managed.

Breakfast was scrumptious and we had an absolute array of choices. We didn’t get to partake in the afternoon tea as we were exploring but we did book a massage session with Makkha Spa which is 2 mins away from the hotel and it was the best foot massage we ever had.

The hotel is located near many eating, shopping and even temples so there is always something to do.

Beautiful typical hotel well located in Chiang Mai. The welcome is warm, we are offered tea on arrival. Beautiful infrastructure, the garden is pretty and well laid out, the swimming pool is not very large and in the shade practically all day...but we are there to visit and not to sunbathe which suits us.. .The room is spacious, very clean, and in Thai style, there is a bar with free drinks and free and paid snacks. The bathroom is large but there is a step to get in and you have to be careful when going out with wet feet. There is still noise in the evening and at night, because the rooms are not well soundproofed... it's a shame but hey we are not far from the center and 4 KM from the airport so we hear the had...The breakfast is good but nothing more, we ate once at the hotel restaurant and it was very good however, what is nice is that around 3 p.m. you can go eat small cakes, biscuits...with coffee or something else it's included in the price of the hotel. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

An amazing and wonderful experience from the first moment we entered until the moment we were dropped off at the airport by the hotel.

The hotel staff is highly educated, extremely skilled, friendly, attentive and wonderful.

The beds are extremely clean, soft and plush.

We stayed in 2 deluxe room which is the lowest standard type of room but it was amazing!

Both rooms were large room, everything was clean and the rooms always smelled wonderfully fresh with the natural scented oils placed in the rooms.

The rooms were quiet and well insulated.

They had multiple electrical wall sockets for both European and American plugs and USB Power socket for iPhones.

The food was excellent!

Room service was amazing and served very late.

Food size for room service dishes were extremely large and extremely affordable.

Bathroom water pressure was very strong and the hot water was very hot and the cold water was very cold.

Overall, the room was immaculate with only a few minor mold spots in the bathroom which is expected in the climate of Thailand.

A wonderful and amazing gem.

Hotel is located directly in the city center within walking distance of many temples and street markets and many local shops to get some wonderful street food.

The Hotel breakfast is large and abundant with wonderful eastern and western dishes.

Highly recommend!

All staff were very friendly and helpful . The location is great in the old city for walking to the temples and is very close to the Phra Singh temple & Sunday walking market. Breakfast was very good with both Thai and european options ( we generally had watermelon and fresh cooked omelette and lattes were offered. )The small pool was good apart from the mud that must have washed off the roof or leaves during rain storms and was in suspension as I swam through it .

The hotel has many inclusions, however unless you stay at the hotel all day you don't get full value for these extras. Their is a serious mood problem in bathrooms and in the screens around the pool. I think it's days as a true 4 star are well gone.

Most of the staff are very good special mention to Mod who was very good and pleasant. Reception rest not so good.

This place practices the tax and service mark up. They advertise the price for a cocktail eg 300 baht. But with service and tax it becomes 380 baht.
Finally location it's too far from places you want to go you should stay closer to one of the gates near the moats.

Quiet old word relaxed charming hotel in the city area near the temples. The reception was typical Thai courtesy and politeness. The room is very well appointed with wooden furniture giving a nice vintage feel with modern touch.

We had BF included, It's a reasonable spread but not lavish. Limited Veg options but when asked they do provide a few options. There's a Complimentary afternoon tea with sweets. Nice touch. Also some snacks are provided complimentary in the room.

There's a nice spa place across from the hotel.

A nice place with unhurried atmosphere and very good hospitality.

This is one of the very few times I give top marks to a hotel. The rooms are very spacious, we were in a family room with 2 large beds and lots of other space. The beds are very comfortable, a wide range of bathroom amenities, and the minibar with free non-alcoholic products and replenished always free if you stay several nights. Every day at 2.00 pm they organize an activity like cooking class or course to build herbal bag for massages (you have to book the day before at reception), always included there is a free snack every day from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm and 10 minutes of shoulder massage always at that time offered. In short, if you are in Chiang Mai I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this village hotel. As soon as you walk in the front door you feel at home and the staff are all extremely lovely and attend to your every need. Rooms are very clean and fresh, you get a mini bar with daily bottled water and complimentary drinks on your first night. At the end of the stay they gave us a lovely homemade gift which was a sweet touch. Pool area very nice, areas of shade on a hot day. Air conditioning in the room is good and beds comfy. This hotel is located very close to the Sunday walking market which is a spectacle in itself; absolutely huge and even after COVID it is lovely to see so many tourists and locals out supporting Chiang Mai economy - definitely go here to try street food it is delicious!! The hotel has its own taxi service which was handy and if the taxi was not available the staff are happy to call you a taxi which always arrived promptly. The spa which is located 2 mins across from the hotel is amazing and a must for everyone. We got Thai massage and it was great, very relaxing and welcoming environment. I would recommend this gem to anyone and hope to return in the future. Thank you all for a lovely stay
