This property is amazing. Mostly because of its owner, Add! She is the most lovely person. The property is new, comfy, cozy and clean! The breakfast are super delicious! The property is situated further from the city center however everything is close and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket are closed plus you can borrow bicycles!...

I rented a standard room on the third floor for two nights. The room was clean and cosy. It had a comfortable bed, fridge, hair dryer, drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ear buds and shower cap. There is not a safe in the room. The stay also included use of a bike and a light breakfast (fruit, bread, scrabbled...

Stay here for 2 nights over the weekend and I can say that it's the best property I've ever stayed in! The staffs were extremely amazing and even helped me out with scooter rental! Rooms were fantastic as well! Really love this place! Will be back to this property if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly! I love the contemporary industrial style and open air feel. Our room included a comfy bed with crisp white sheets, flat screen TV, mini fridge (2 bottles of water provided daily), and vintage wardrobe and desk. The bathroom had a large shower (with good pressure and hot water) and nice...

This place is so cute. It feels like home. If you want to experience the daily thai life this is the neighborhood to be (lots of street food and restaurants to go). You can take a bike (included on the daily rate) and go to Old City within few minutes. Breakfast is a really nice plus (bread, croissants, fruits and...

My partner and I stayed at Plern Plern for 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer! The room was lovely with a balcony to sit outside, plenty of windows to let light in and was cleaned everyday. They claim they 'do not serve breakfast' but when we came down in the morning the lady showed us where the bread...

Plern Plern is located outside city walls, what makes it quiet and peaceful. You can reach the north gate in about 10 min walk. Owner is a fantastic, cheerful woman! She welcomes every guest and shows him the room. Our room had A/C and very nice bathroom with hot water. Houseeping had been held every day. Everything was very clean...

From the moment we arrived at Plern Plern we felt right at home. The host at this guesthouse is the warmest, friendliest lady, and welcomed us with open arms despite Agoda not notifying her about our booking. There are a variety of snacks and drinks available in the reception area each day, free for you to help yourself to. She...

For us the location was perfect, and the host/owner was amazing. Her local knowledge was informative and very helpful Lovely clean well appointed rooms, fast internet, and the real surprise was an amazing little breakfast bar with lots of local treats. You have try her homemade mango & passion fruit spread! Would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Plern Plern for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Bicycling in Chiang Mai is the way to discover the city! The old town is very near to Plern Plern, so no need to use taxi unless going to the airport or planning on drink a lot ;) Ms. Add was super nice and helpful. I didn't want...
