The location of this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance of the old square as well as all markets. In booking excursions there was no issue in being picked up from here also. My partner and I extended our stay in Chiang Mai and were happy to stay here longer. With availability we stayed in a standard double room, double deluxe room and superior double room. All rooms were very clean and had the necessary facilities included. You couldn’t hear anyone in the room next door. The pool was perfect for a quick cool down in the hot Thai heat. Never any issue with sun-lounger availability. All the staff here were lovely and helpful. Cant complain at all about them. Happy to help us book excursions, sort laundry and with us checking out of one room we were immediately able to check into the other. This was really convenient and we appreciated the staff in sorting this for us without us even asking. Wifi was available and really good connection. We didn’t have breakfast but you could get drinks from reception at the same price as 7-11.

Super pleasant and very good alternative to relax in Chiang Mai .Stylish hotel, at a very reasonable and fair rate. The rooms are clean, with good AC, nice bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds I can remember. Breakfast is great, staff are awesome and so friendly it's easy to rent a motorbike, with plenty of restaurants and cafe close by l love SINC Cafe as well the hipster place in hotel area offering quality drinks and food. The property itsels was gorgeous vintage and hip as well . It's become our default hotel and cafe in Chiang Mai for our regular visits. First impression was not great but the whole experience was wonderful. Room was big and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and pillow. Balcony in the sun for a few hours. It was in a separate block near the reception area, facing it - Room 204. The hostel element didn't really impact us at all except that there weren't spare loungers near the pool. Breakfast (not included - 150Baht, £3.75) was rudimentary but we found better options nearby at a similar price. The main person we saw on the reception desk seemed to do most things and was very helpful. She was mortified when we pointed out that, when we first arrived at the room, the bins had not been emptied. Sorted quickly and without fuss. The location was good for us - handy to walk to most things in the Old City.

We had a lovely stay here at the Warehouse Hotel. The room are nice, stylish and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The place is very quiet because located a the end of a quiet alley in town and surround by plants. In this alley, you can find a artsy coffee place, vintage shops, a paint bar, a photobooth: lots of fun activities to do.
The hotel has a big saltwater pool and some lounge chair and table to dine outside. The owner Kia, also lives close by and will help you with anything you need, from renting a bike to doing fun activities in or outside of town. The staff speak great english and is also super helpful. I would 100% recommend this place, for both families, solo travellers, couples or groups of friends going for a quiet oasis in town.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was comfortable. However, on the final night there was a party with loud music and shouting directly outside our door until 1am. When we complained the next morning the receptionist said that she had left a note on our door earlier asking if we wanted to move room. We did not find a note and maybe it would have been better for the receptionist to call us or come and ask. I recommend that you don’t stay here if you want to be guaranteed a good and peaceful rest.

Stayed here for 5 nights and was happy and comfortable. The location is fairly good although there aren’t many places to eat/drink in the direct locality. The rooms are quite large and clean. Super comfy bed with soft pillows. Nice pool although the pool area feels a little spartan. Overall, recommended for the price/quality ratio.

Beautiful hotel near the old city The room was very comfortable good size rooms and large with comfortable beds and large shower. The pool area was very nice very helpful staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They were able to book tour and airport transfer if needed Good breakfast very good Wi-Fi. the hotel itself is in a great location to old town easy 1o minutes by walk , Chains town and night barzza.We really enjoyed ourselves here. We would like to thank you the staff and owner for making our stay wonderful .Very peaceful and Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my 8 nights I ended up staying here. The staff and owners were so nice to me and gave me drinks and even a nice bread roll filled with bacon one night. I felt so welcome and the place is lovely. Good wifi. Great clean big pool. Perfect location. I'll stay next time in Chiang Mai for sure! I liked the pet dogs too!

We stayed there for one night in transit. We made a wrong booking due to tricky reservation handling. the wrong booking was changed by the hotel without penalty. Thank you.

We loved this place!! It was convenient and central to get to everywhere we wanted to go to. Our room was clean and well laid out. The staff were amazing ! We loved all of the staff. They went out of their way to help us with transportation, suggestions for restaurants, tours , the list went on and on. We have never felt more at home than here. Best location to go everywhere to see the different side of the city and culture! The hotel very quite and lively, We'll coming back soon!
