Exceed my expectation. The noir hotel is a small hotel, but with great European (film theme) decoration. Room is very clean and come with touch screen light switch. The layout and decoration is well- designed and thought of. Bed is just right. There is a 24 hour snack bars which serve simple drinks, water & mama. Wifi is strong and fast.Overall, good !!! I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if I drop by Chiang Mai again.

Don't be fooled by the exterior. It is a gem inside and their rooms are really very comfortable. For the price you pay, it is super value and a bargain. Being in Nimman area, you are walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

It was just by chance that we stumbled across this fantastic hotel as our previous one was booked out. We have been pleasantly surprised... price competitive, a great location and the staff are responsive and attentive. We’ve had to move rooms due to heavy bookings and on each occasion the staff have moved our luggage to minimise inconvenience for us. The complimentary snack room located next to a tranquil courtyard/lobby area is very generous. The deluxe rooms are stylish without being stark, and well maintained. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our booking!

Great boutique-ish hotel in trendy area of Chiang Mai. Very modern, stylish and movie-themed. Every room even has Apple TV at no additional cost. Perfect value for money. Lots of nice restaurants and coffe places in the neighborhood. Will definitely come back!
