A coworker and I stayed here for 10 days in March 2020 and could not have been happier. Great location, nice little section of the old city with great little sois to walk and lots to eat and see all in walking distance. The accommodations were special -- all the staff so helpful, breakfast perfect, pleasant rooms and gardens. And the price could not be beat. I'll be back to this special little spot.

Hospitality was very good, breakfast was ok. The coffee comes in an individual French press so we could get it stronger as we prefer. The room was good size with a comfy bed. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was a good size. It's a nice teak wood house with nice decor in the old town. It's getting a little worn and the plumbing is in need of work. Neighborhood is normally quiet but there is construction around but that's everywhere in Thailand these days. Priced right. Great cafes and good food close by. Easy to get around from here. Not far from anything you need.

Me and my wife spent 2 nights here in January, it’s a charming little place and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was nice . I lost my passport while I was in chaing Mai and the lady on reception was very helpful and made lots of phone calls for me to the airline and the British embassy. I recommend this place and would definitely stay again if I visit chaing mai. It’s also in a great location.

I recently stayed here as a solo female traveller for 5 nights. I absolutely loved this place. It's an old wooden teak house which is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a balcony which you can sit on whilst enjoying the free tea/coffee and cookies. The breakfast is great. Freshly cooked eggs, pots of tea, orange juice, toast and fruit. The location is amazing. 5 minute walk into the Old City and two minutes away from some brilliant bars and restaurants hidden away in the old lanes. The staff are also very good, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place - it has proper old school charm!

We were greeting with excitement and warmth. Tom and Aini were amazing in the way they got us checked in and helped us plan our local adventure in Chiang Mai. They called various companies, negotiated great rates for tours and were super efficient. The Wifi and breakfast included in the stay was perfect as well.
