This review only concerns the restaurant, we didn't stay at the hotel. We ended up there hasardly, attracted by cheap prices, expecting average food. Finally, we stayed one week in Chiang Mai, we went there almost everyday! First, as I said, the prices are really good, you won't find better prices in a restaurant. Then, the food is good, totally...

We came here every morning since we found it in Chiang Mai. The American breakfast is 65 BAHT for 3 eggs, 3 toast, jam, bacon , sausage, juice and tea/coffee. The lady serving us was so kind and remembered our order (I got potatoes at no extra charge because I don't eat meat). So delicious and satisfying!!!

Warning: This review is unashamedly bias... Despite staying in a hostel across town we ate breakfast here nearly every morning... And sometimes dessert as well. The one lady who was always serving, cleaning and cooking on her own was, lovely, friendly and polite, communicating mostly in "KopKhunKhaaa". The american breakfast is probably one of the better value breakfasts that we...

We didn't stay here, but we had food at the restaurant a couple of times. The BEST pancakes I've had in a long time, and for only 60bhat. So cheap, but you get so much (and proper maple syrup) and it's honestly delicious. We also had the full breakfast for 60bhat which was also very tasty, with proper bacon! The...

Pros: A private room Location (near the square, pharmacies and street food) Cons: -Water treatment outside window, lots of noise during the night. - not clean sheets - rude receptionist - noisy air con - springy bed (harder than the usual) *All of these cons are to be expected, especially noise from neighbors. BUT why pay over 500 baht when...

Really good value for money. The hotel is clean and comfortable. You can get your laundry done the same day if you give it to them in the morning (we had ours done in a matter of hours, clean and pressed). A definite highlight was the restaurant (to the left of the hotel as you come in). Noy is a...

The room was a bit dirty, very outdated, and the toilet overflowed whenever you flushed. No soundproofing so expect to be woken early but locals going about their business. Price was way too high, 400 baht for a night is expensive considering the accommodations. Shop around. Might we suggest Eagle House.

I stayed at Northlands House Hotel for one night. Apart from its good location, there is nothing favorable about this place. It does not rate 2 stars, more like 1 star. The airconditioning controls are set high up, near the ceiling. One has to climb onto furniture to reach it (I am over 1.83m). The airconditioning is turned off at...

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean. Security good. Comfortable bed. Value for money. All that you would expect from a 2* rated hotel. On the edge of the old walled city so within walking distance of most places within the city although taxis, tuk tuks etc are available. Watch out for shower floors which can be slippery when wet

Two nights here was more than enough. Beds were dirty, bathroom was filthy and the whole place looked like it was stuck in the 70s. Staff weren't very helpful and could speak very little English making it difficult to follow through tour arrangements for the next day. Location was good though being only a ten minute walk from Chiang Mai...
