We stayed here for 4 days and had a great stay. The owners are very friendly and relaxed. Laundry service is superb and the price is about the cheapest room you can get in the centre of the old town! The rooms are a bit old, lack atmosphere but are clean and the beds were pretty good (softer than in...

Stayed at the Jungala house for about 10 nights. The rooms are fantastic and the outside garden is beautiful and quite. Great place to seat and relax with a book, or get some work done on your laptop. Good location. Oh, and they make the best muesly!

A great place in a wonderful location. Room was basic, perfect for the price and had all that we needed. Food available downstairs which was really useful after long days. The owner is a very friendly and welcoming host.

This was our second time staying with Doh and Isabell at the Jungala house and we were so excited to be able to stay with them again! This year we went during the week of Loy Krathong and Yi Peng, when hotels can fill up quickly. But Doh and Isabell were able to accommodate us for the nights and even...

We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. It's in a great location and the rooms are very good for the price. As other reviews say it can be noisy (music from bars) at night but they end around midnight. Our fan masked the noise so it was ok. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a...

I've been to a few guest houses in Chiang Mai and this is my favourite.. I stumbled upon this while walking, looking for somewhere to stay. 2 nights turned into 4. The staff are friendly & very helpful and don't rip you off like some places.. Air con room was good and the temperature control worked! Most local things are...

We stayed here for five nights while in town and it was very comfortable. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old city. The rooms are basic but functional and spacious. We had a fan room (with oscillating fan) room came with large queen size bed, clean sheets, bathroom needed an update but was still kept clean....

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Jungala House. It is in walking distance to many sites and restaurants. It is basic, as described, but the staff are friendly and the room was clean. The front desk was not always staffed, so a bit of planning had to go into check in/out, meals, and any questions we had. Overall we...

Nice hotel. It was not the best equipped hotel but you pay so little that it is definitely worth a stay if you're on a budget. The rooms are spacious but basic and the bed was comfy. Although you are so close to the old city center, you can't hear the party noise at all! We stayed in a fan...
