Room is spacious. There are DVDs that you can borrow at the front office. There is a convenience store nearby for you to grab snack or a bowl of instant food. Opposite the store, there is a stall open in the evening selling grilled salt-crusted fish (the whole fish covered with salt). The fish is fresh, try and see how...

The Grand Napat is our last hotel in SE Asia after traveling for 26 days and is the best lodging for the trip. The air conditioning keeps the room cool and cools quickly when returning from a day of touring. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom with plenty of space, comfortable king bed, large closet and mini kitchen....

This is a good hotel with excellent breakfast and well maintained facilities. Service is good, staff are attentive. The deluxe 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and has a little kitchen. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance (approx 5-10 minutes) from the hotel.

We spent a couple of days here, and were overall satisfied with our stay. The rooms are spacious, you get a kitchenette corner, couch and a balcony for a rather budget price. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a very nice pool, perfect to chill in when the sun reaches its zenith. The hotel...

Stayed here for 3 nights of my 2 week Thailand / Cambodia adventure. Can't say anything bad about this place. I think it may double as a residential complex as well because it definitely had that feel. Room (studio suite) was super clean , functional and modern. Hotel staff were all very friendly and the pool area was very nice....

Great staff, very helpful and a charming environment makes you feel you are immersed in the nature and outside the chaotic city, it is only a short tuk tuk ride from the city center and its memorable gate, great for couples and families! I loved it and I am coming back!.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, we felt the room quite run down, the entrance door latch not in good condition and the bedsheet not very clean. The hotel not what I expected and the photo not as seen from the website somehow. The hotel located near most of the pubs or bars, not ideal for family. Have to walk...

Checked in for 4 days 3 nights. Good services pick up from airport to hotel. Big room. good value for money. Good swimming pool and gym. Nice breakfast. Good location to local market. However, going to town bit distance. The receptionist very helpful. Not the manager (sour face). The staffs help us to booked tuk tuk to the city center....

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Napat for 5 nights in February 2016. The hotel is well located (about 1.5km from the one of Chinag Mai gates), it offers a wide variety of breakfest (including some breads and dairies, not very usual in Thailand). The rooms are very spacious, clean and have all usual facilities, including two complimentary waters...
