They showed me a bedsheet that had apparently been stained on the first night of my two-night stay. It was an oily mark. I was charged 1,000 baht to replace it. Watch out for that one! Otherwise it was a good stay.

We booked in on the family room on the 2nd floor for 3 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating on our early arrival, giving us towels to shower and use the pool while we waited. We didn't eat at the guesthouse restaurant but the pool and sitting area downstairs was cool comfortable and always spotless and every staff member was...

Brilliant hotel and the staff were so amazing. Offered a shower on arrival before our room was ready. Great communal space with a pool. Rooms were clean and well presented with mosquito net over the bed. The location is quiet but very easy to get everywhere in town. Good value for money.

This hostel in the old city is friendly, clean and has nice large rooms, some with views over the old city. There is a roof terrace and a small cold water swimming pool. Staff is super friendly. Tours can be arranged.

My sister and I travelled in from Canada in January (delayed on our trip advisor reviews) and this was our first stop. We loved the cute little hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were simple but the little touches of each room made it very pretty. The shower was probably the best shower we had throughout...

The location is indeed excellent. The staff tries his best to help, especially Bruce, they are very friendly and welcoming and deliver a good service. The rooms are not expensive, clean, confortables and the setting is very nice, which is surprising for the price. The bathroom not so nice maybe... But still overall an excellent deal.

The location is quite good, no loud noises at night and close enough to be able to walk all around the city centre to see the sights. Room was ok, nothing special, was clean enough but not spotless. Did have a safe, which is always nice to have.

Really people, the is NOT a five-dot place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is great on a small lane just off the main Ratchadamnoen Road. The rooms are quite basic and we paid for one of the best ones. The bathroom was a wee bit moldy in spots. Just an okay 3-dot kind of place by Thailand standards...

We had a lovely stay at Awana house! It's in a fantastic location right in the centre and has a beautiful entrance way with lovely plants - nice to sit there with a drink in the evening! The pool was really lovely - a bit cold but lovely and refreshing after temple spotting! The staff were super friendly and helpful...

We were happy with our stay here, mostly because the location is excellent. it's right at the Tha Phae Gate and we could easily walk to everything. The price was quite good, we paid about $35 per night. The room was adequate no problem. I did not care for the staff, however. They were somewhat helpful, but not accommodating to...
