We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. When they say guest house the owners take it very seriously. From the moment we entered it did not feel like we were staying in a hotel, it felt like we were staying with family. The rooms were amazing, clean and spacious. The breakfast was a large buffet style...

Location - Rather good location, short walk to decent eateries and the nearby everyday market. Do note that the everyday market prices are slightly higher than the Saturday or Sunday market. We were so enthralled with the Saturday and sunday market that we nearly didn't even go to the everyday market. Value - Good value for the price we paid,...

We stayed here three times and don't want to change to other guesthouses or any hotel because just one reason. That is the service which make feel like stay at home. Very comfortable, warm and safe with the very affordable price.

The room was pretty standard, but the hospitality was great!! Good location near the night bazaar, restaurants, coffee, etc. The laundry service was helpful. The clothes were ready very quickly which was nice since you have limited options for washing clothes.

We had 12 nights from 15 to 26 may and it was a great place to stay. It is a 2 minute walk to the Anusorn market, 5 minutes to the Night Bazaar , has a great massage place next door and numerous eating places within a short walk. Bee, the owner is very obliging and very attentive to your...

We stayed here for one night in transit to Chiang Mai before coming back for Songkran and Bee was very helpful getting our bus tickets printed off and helping us with timing our plans! It was dark when we arrived, and we ended up just having a drink or two at the reggae bar down the street; there wasn't much...

In short summary: Great place to stay. We stayed here for a couple nights before going on a jungle trek for a couple days. We booked ourselves a room in a nearby "fancy" hotel to treat ourselves for our last night in Chang Mai after the trek and ended up wishing we had gone back here instead. The rooms are...

Great Value, Clean and Quiet. Don't let the outside view put you off. It is very deceptive. This little Gem is run by Bee and her collegue whose name I can't remember. Lovely Lovely Ladies who run a great house. Breakfast was ok. Continental only The location was good with easy access to restaurants and bars I would certainly stay...

First time for me, but here you get your own personal sit-down with the manager with explanation and maps of the streets and the sights. Really makes you feel welcome. Hotel is situated near the old town, so no transport needed. A bit poor aircondition. Was not able to turn it down, only on-off. Would absolutely recommend this place.
