My partner and I stayed here for a few days in February 2017. Chiang Mai city turned out to be more congested and noisy than expected, so we enjoyed returning to this quiet oasis, situated on a side street outside the city walls, each evening. The guest house has lovely gardens and it was pure joy to sit amongst the...

I have been back to PJ's for many visits over the past view years and it is still great and a family-like experience to stay here. Definitely worth for a longer stay and not just a night in Chiang Mai. The owners hospitality is really awesome and makes every day a special day! Great rooms, clean rooms, great service and...

I am a return visitor here and I highly recommend it. The location is close to the city in fact we often walked to the old city from there. We stayed in one of their house villas which are very luxurious as well as affordable and were well serviced every day. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us with transfers...

I had never been to Chiang Mai before, so when I was looking through TA for good recommendations, I was impressed by the constantly good reviews for PJ's. And what a delight to discover after three days of staying there last weekend that those reviews were all well deserved. This place is a gem - it is small, cosy, away...

Spotlessly clean and well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast. A really pleasant garden to dream the day away in. So many things to say about this little jewel of a place in a quiet Soi away from the main road: firstly Peter and Jiab are perfect hosts who know how to get the tone of a place right and are friendly...

This small guesthouse is very well maintained and the friendly couple running it is keeping a good eye on everything. I got many good tips from Jiab about how to find things in CM. The room I had was very clean with a nice queen size bed and the rooms size was perfect. The internet was fast and reliable -...

Peter and Jiab are wonderful hosts who leave no stone unturned to make your stay perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff friendly. All have your comfort in mind. PJ's is located conveniently for shopping (2 malls in walking distance as well as Nimman area) and the nightclubs.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful to organize tours in and outside Chiang Mai. Our Suite was spaceful, quiet and very clean. The house is located near the old part of the city behind of a mainroad. The garden is nice but small and the neighbour hood is surrounded by a parkingplace and apartmenthouses. The good breakfast is under control...

First back ground I was in the travel industry for some 35 years in all sectors and then was a teacher of Travel and Tourism for 17 years and just retired and doing my bucket lists. We booked this place in advance for 7 nights as I had stayed at Cherry House a long time ago which was nearby. The...
