When we arrived we were greeted by the best porter in all of Thailand so friendly and so helpful the lobby is beautifully decked out and at this stage I was thinking this is going to be good Breakfast is ok but in hindsight shouldn't have bothered paying extra as it wasn't quite as expected Now for the bad news...

This has been by far the worst experience of my life! The staff have no hospitality whatsoever! We had booked a suite room and had no hot water for our entire duration! The jacuzzi was filthy, The extractor fan in the bathroom had a constant bad stench! When we complained to staff, their response was no you just pay money!...

We landed in Chang Mai with no hotel booked and our taxi driver suggested this hotel. It's conveniently located beside the night bazaar. The pool is super cold but cute. The room is clean and bathroom is clean. However, the beds are uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good!

Best hotel we stayed the whole trip. Best breakfast (huge variety) best bathroom (hot shower, good shower head, complimentary toiletries) best room (comfy and nice looking.) Super affordable at 1140B. Right in the middle of the night bazaar, too!

Quaint little hotel on a quiet lane next to the night bazaar. Lovely decor with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, classy and roomy, with great showers and bed. The morning breakfast is a treat with both western and thai styles. The pool area is small but clean. The water is too cool but again great...
