Visited here on our honeymoon. Stayed in this hotel for one night. Very courteous and polite staff. Non smoking rooms only. Great food. Only demerit its far away from main attractions. Not for first time visitors to Bangkok.
We booked it because it offered free shuttle transfers but as soon as we landed and called them to ask for our ride, “sorry no more shuttle since last year!” That was only the beginning of the downturn. So we ubered it for nearly 700Baht....More
This hotel was was recommended by a travel agent and he couldn't have been more off. It was suppose to be an easy overnight hotel stay between Hanoi and Tokyo. The location is a hassle.

Suvarnabhumi airport is the closest and there is free transport to and from the airport. We stayed there twice and had no problems. It is not very close to many of Bangkok's sightseeing spots but there are buses at the end of the Soi and taxis frequently going up and down the Soi or the main road. Taxis are cheap as long as you insist on them using their meter. You could ask them to take you to the nearest MRT or BTS station. Staff at the hotel will give you the name of the station you need. Chatuchak is best reached by BTS (sky train). I would get the hotel card with the address for coming home and recommend to take a taxi as it's not so easy to see the Soi where the hotel is from the bus or you could go to the nearest station and get a taxi from there. Also if you want to be picked up at the airport have the hotel number so you can contact them if there is a problem. There are nice places to get food not far away, turn left when leaving the hotel and then turn left again. Enjoy your stay.
