Only stayed overnight here but room very comfortable. Staff at reception very welcoming. Breakfast is quite a lavish affair with too many options but very well presented. Would have preferred non machine coffee but understand they're catering for a large hotel. Weird not to be seated at breakfast and a bit annoying when no tables free. Lift waiting times long (one appeared stuck on L3). Overall excellent experience.

I booked this hotel because I was told they have babysitting services and I wanted to hedge my risk in the event I wanted to have a couple massage with my husband (eventually we didn’t use the babysitter because our baby was sticky).

The checking in was smooth and I requested for a non smoking room. However, when I entered the room there was cigarette stench filling the entire room that I immediately requested for a change of room, which the hotel gladly replaced for me. The room had a big bath tub which was basically used by my baby for her water playtime every morning before breakfast and nighttime before bedtime and she really enjoyed the tub activity a lot.

I stayed at the hotel for 5d4n and the breakfast food was changed out every 2 days. By the 3rd morning I was so ready to have my breakfast outside!

Shopping wise, it’s walking distance from terminal 21 but if you walk from the mall to the hotel at night you will walk past a sleazy alley (not sure the exact name of it)

Overall, I may not consider staying at Pullman. Will consider others instead in my next bangkok trip.

I’m a Accor platinum member and we recently booked two rooms for 5 nights at this property, which has an excellent location providing access to a local MRT station and very close proximity to Sukhumvit Rd. We were overall happy with the broader hotel services; and our main engagement was with the staff in the Executive Club lounge where we had breakfast, evening food and drinks. All club lounge staff, were welcoming, warm and friendly and offered excellent service, however we experienced some minor issues which were clearly due to under staffing, however given the circumstances they all did an excellent job, and I do acknowledge that New Year’s Eve is one evening very difficult to manage staff levels.

The Club Lounge manager Miss Karnjana Pongkorn leads her team by example and does an amazing job in ensuring guest satisfaction. Her commitment to excellence was witnessed on many occasions, and I personally noticed the hours that she worked, particularly during times of staff shortages and high demand. Miss Karnjana encourages her staff to finish their shift on time, whilst she continued to work longer hours to fill the void.

Miss Karnjana and her team recognised my platinum status, appreciated my loyalty and were genuinely happy that I was staying at this property. Offering to follow up various queries, including some issues with the Accor programme, assisting with transport options, along with recommendations and making bookings for external dining options were all appreciated and were handled with professionalism and a strong desire for guest satisfaction.

Well done Club team, and I have no doubt that Miss Karnjana has the commitment, and respect to develop a team of champions into a champion team.

I would also like to recognise Miss Valentine, the Guest Experience Manager, who took time out to greet us, ensure our stay was comfortable and further made time to see us on our departure

Thank you for a wonderful stay and I would have no hesitations in recommending this property to prospective travellers and further recommend consideration of a Club Lounge experience.

With a plethora of hotel options in Bangkok, I have always wanted to stay at Pullman Grande and it's been long in my must stay list. Unfortunately, my experience was lackluster and disappointing which I will elaborate further.

I arrived at the hotel around noon, and highly appreciated that my room was ready, unsurprisingly due to Covid-19 that arrivals were low. Check in was done by K'Yui, who was pleasant however doesn't seem too pleased doing her job, with no smile. I didn't feel welcome by anyone upon arrival, aside from the porter who assisted with my bag. Oh, and did I mention with low guest arrivals, I had to call Pullman touch on the phone to ask where is my bag after settling down in my room?

I was assigned the room I booked, staff did not bother to learn that it was my birthday trip (not that I mentioned to them, and I never expected anything from them). My room was as expected, clean and tidy. However it was looking slightly dated, seemed like the property is slowly showing its age.

During the 3 nights stay, I had minimal interaction with the staff at the lobby as they seemed non-existent? Aside from the front desk folks, no one was standing at the door or greeting guests, except on my check out day on Sunday, when I observe some interaction. I felt invisible at times, not something I expected from a 5 star property.

I did not have breakfast at the restaurant. Knowing that they do serve Halal sourced meat, but my concern was more on the preparation. Since pork is also available, are Halal options prepared from the same kitchen? No point getting Halal sourced products when they are cooked using the same kitchen wares as pork items.

I almost settled at giving this stay 4 stars, however what happened at check out made matters worse.

Upon check out, the front desk lady asked if I consumed anything from the mini bar, which I didn't and responded accordingly. Not only was I told to wait while housekeeping staff checked my room (which is pretty standard in any hotel), but I was being told that if they found later that I had consumed something, my credit card will be charged. Ok, so am I a liar to you? Is this how you value your hotel guests? I was totally appalled by that statement and didn't bother to make a big deal since I did not lie about what I said. But it did re-assure me never to return to this property again.

I have been fairly treated as any regular guest in other hotels, and don't see why I should repeat my stay here in future. Basic respect is the least I expect. Nothing more. Pullman Grande Sukhumvit is no different than Pullman Hotel G in Silom. Disappointing.

The room was clean and everything worked fine. We got good chocolates every night which was nice. The hotel is high so you get a nice view from upper rooms. The breakfast is diverse, servicing local dishes as well as eggs, hot cakes, fruits, etc. The coffee was bad in the restaurant, did not try it in the bar.

The service was good, check in and out was fast.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from the night market as well as from a local market. We ate at the local market and the food was great at a very reasonable price. The Lumpini Park is also at a walking distance (20 min)

The staff and amenities at this hotel sets the benchmark in 5 star accommodation in Bangkok. We stayed in executive room with club access 3 nights at Movenpick 15 and 3 nights at Pullman Grande and experienced distinct differences beyond expectation. At Movenpick, the brakes were applied after the first drink whist Pullman Grande Club Lounge staff welcome guests to help themselves to alcoholic drinks, all with big smiles in a relaxed surround on 24th floor with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline. And the canapes are among the best I've enjoyed in my extended years of travel.
A big thank you to Fan,Paunch,JJ, May, Jay and Bug for your warm welcome. It's obvious you guys love to make your clients feel welcomed and relaxed during their visit to the lounge. We will see you again

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions over the Christmas and new year period.
As I frequently travel with my job I asked to stay on the business floors and was very impressed with the service which was far better than service I’ve received in hotels at twice the cost.

Firstly the front of house team were incredibly well trained and very friendly whilst maintaining a professional customer relationship.

They have an executive check in lounge for the business rooms which are worth the extra money for the view, rooms and privacy.

What really blew me away though was the friendliness of the team, nothing was too much trouble.....in particular the hotel manager actually lending me one of his personal items as I didnt have mine to hand for a studio session I had booked.

I can not recommend this hotel enough and will return to use it on my future trips to Bangkok.

Having lived and travelled in Thailand for more than 15 yrs I think I am more than qualified to speak of Hotel standards.Our latest trip was to the Pullman Grande Soi 21 Sukumvi t Bangkok.We pre booked club room as was my Daughter's Birthday and sea Food Buffet.Little did we know Management had decided to Cancel one of the nights that we were due to stay and the club room was being moved from one floor to another.Resulting in a debacle where the food supplied was not of the best as my wife is a Vegetarian we asked if they could rustle something up for her.They did return 1hr later with SomTam which was far too spicy so inedable.the spirits were Vodka Gin Whiskey and Jack Daniels Red - White wine which ran out pretty much immediately also bottled beers were in short supply.When requesting top up spirits we were informed running stock down so no more available this without doubt could and should have been avoided with some for thought ??
This hopefully is a one off as never had a problem in other up market hotels here in Thailand,to add insult to injury we as part of the package which included 4 x 30 min free we were informed not available just another let down.Management must take full responsibility for mis advertising offers !!! Please ensure you get what your entitled too.Just to cap this review we were asked if a free bottle of wine would be an apology in my eyes it was an insult

I had the pleasure to stay in the Pullman Asoke shortly before Christmas and just after New Year each time for 3 days upon my arrival in and before my departure from Bangkok. Both stays were absolutely faboulous. All staff in this hotel are super friendly and professional: from the bellman who welcomes you in your taxi over the ladies and their supervisor at reception and all bar and restaurant staff to especially Ms Jay and her team in the executive club lounge. I had the privilege of accessing my room already upon my early arrival at 8 am (thanks to the early arrival of Thai Airways and the calm traffic) and during my 2nd stay I was offered a generous late check-out. The beds in this hotel are super comfy. I always sleep extremely well in this hotel. And the service in the executive lounge is beyond imagination. All staff greats you and serves you with a wonderfully friendly and generous smile from morning till evening. They really make a difference. I herewith gratefully thank Ms Jay and all her team members Bug, Punch, Fah, NMay and JJ for their superb service. They made me feel like part of the family in the hotel. I can't wait to return to see them again!

I’ve stayed at the Pullman several times on my visits to Bangkok. It sits very close to the intersection of the BTS and MRT which makes for easy, low-cost access to the city and the airport. Close to Terminal 21 which has an incredible number of restaurants as well as plenty of shopping options. The hotel is top-notch as well with all of the expected luxury amenities, great food, and a nice bar. Special thanks to hostess Mui who has an impressive memory as she always recognizes me on my return visits and even remembers my name. The hotel is maintained in great order and maintains great staff.

I honestly do not know...as it is not even 200m distance away the thought to seek such wud nvr occur to me. One exits the hotel, turns left...150m about enter the plaza & from there to either BTS or metro ..follow the signs

I can however confirm that the breakfast offering is extensive and varied to suit many tastes and cultures. On that score, you will not be disappointed.
