This hotel is horrible. It's situated on a street next to Khaosan Road so it only takes 5 minuttes to walk down there and because it's on another street you cant hear the music all night. That's the only good thing. The staff is horrible, can't answer any of you question about the City and turist things and they just...

There were a lot of bedbugs in the room, we had to change the room during night but nothing special again. We stayed only one night and then we rather moved to another hotel. Dirty, dirty dirty! Never again.

The accomodation is budget friendly and has a nice common area where you can just order breakfast plus coffee as well. My friend and I stayed there for 3 days, but we weren't...

I wouldn't stay here again if I was homeless and someone paid me to. Treacherous steps, no lift, dirty dirty room. Stains on beds and walls and curtains, looked like someone had held an orgy in there and things had gotten a bit messy. Dared not use the shower for fear or contracting a skin disease/respiratory infection from the mould...

Came back in the middle of the night so tired, drunk and jetlagged that we didnt even feel like discussing whether the room was good or not. Didnt see any cocroaches. If...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
