First night room was very small and I do mean small, next day asked for a larger room and that one was much better. Staff was just okay they didn't seem to go out of there way to help. You had to carry your Owen...More
Stayed here two nights.. clean room with own bathroom. Got 2 bottles of free water a day. Staff were ok but not really interested in helping and gave very brief answers. I would stay here again if needed but it is quite far from the...More
The hotel's location is very far from the Bangkok centre and the sites such as The Grand Palace which is a real downfall.
The room we had was quite dated and smaller than expected.
The food in the hotel was a good price and the...More
The beds and the floor are clean. The shower and toilet seem a bit stained, but it's fine. The shower in the two single bed rooms is very low. A person taller than 1.60m can't take a shower standing up. It's also a bath, though,...More
I had one amazing week in bansabai. Amazing environment, and real thai people around. Only couple tourists, but super kind staff and thai people. Definately one of the best places to find delicious local food also. The roof pool gives you the chance to fully...More

I know they have some sort of service for outings in town but I never used them nor enquired about them. Taxis are the cheapest I've ever found and public transport is also close by: the nearest MRT station is LAD PHRAO and can be reached in 10/15 mins by taxi or 25/30 mins by bus. From there it's only two stops to the Skytrain station, Buses are impossibly cheap and not necessarily slower than taxis since they both have to cope with the murdering traffic.
I'd advise to e mail them and enquire about it directly: I found the staff and the management very helpful and they'll surely be up to date with the services offered.
Nevertheless:feel free to ask me more questions at any time.
I will be returning to Bansabai later in autumn this year.
