I stayed at this hotel in May, 2012. The hotel is accessible by cab, and they know where they are going from the airport if you provide them with an address. The hotel is descent quality with a nice pool and internet in the building for a small price. The price is quite cheap, so if you are hoping for...

This hotel is a good 3 star type hotel offering good value. Location is good with a MTR Station about 7 min walk from the hotel. I found the staff very helpful and went out of their way to give directions and offer advice. If you need a taxi or tour guide the hotel has one on offer for airport...

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights a couple of days ago. The maxim you get what you pay for applies to this place. We booked into a superior room for 2 days. We had to extend our stay in Bangkok by a day, and that was no problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their English language...

I stayed at this hotel for one night on my recent visit to Bangkok. My first thought on the hotel was it looked clean and basic. The room was clean, however the staff at the reception were unfriendly. They have a pool which I didn't use but it did look clean. After checking in I went to the cafe for...

We booked into this basic hotel but I'd not expect to see gays hugging each other. Well, we expected and can accept a small untidy room, but had difficulty viewing guys showing intimacy out in the open. The service was ok and staff were nice. We checked out the next day.

Stayed one night in most expensive room. Very poor room lay out. Very noisy because of nearby road & ill fitting windows. Looked to change room to cheaper alternatives but just as noisy. Food in restaurant very good value & tasty.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and I could definitely say that the staff are very nice and accommodating. I especially liked the people in the front desk. They really helped us a lot in trying to get around BKK (giving us good tips and advices, which we took wholeheartedly). The place was clean and well-kept. I...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
