This Hotel might be nice for Family (Children + Elderly Parents) however if Young Couples or Friends are going to Bangkok, it would be best to avoid this Hotel. Sukhumvit Soi (The Party Centre for Bangkok) is very far from this Hotel. Also if visiting Bangkok as young couples or Friends then Nana and Sukhumvit Soi are definitely the places...

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel while in Bangkok. The very location of this hotel was a dismay. It is situated right on a highway and taxi is the only option for you. You may spend an hour in Bangkok traffic if you decide to come out of your hotel room. Pros: Asiatique Mall is just 2 kms. from...

I've stayed here before, about a year and a half ago and thought it was a good value. A nice room setup, a decent location in Bangkok and nice common areas. This time, a different room and a different experience. What's especially frustrating is that the staff is good, the hotel and room look clean and the rates are great, about...

small budget hotel with friendly staff. place is bit far from touristy places but if your pick up and drop is planned there should not be a problem. there is a supermarket near by for basic essentials. no good restaurants around especially for Indian food. in-house restaurant has decent food but limited menu.

The hotel is unbelievably far from everything in Bangkok. Even the nearest BTS station is a good 20 minute taxi ride away, which runs from about 40 to 60 Baht depending on traffic. This is a HUGE negative for the hotel because the traffic in Bangkok literally moves at a snail's pace! Being so far away from everything and BTS...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
