I'm not too picky, just need a place to sleep and taking a bath, so this place is perfect, because with less than 500b/nite you get a quite big room, shower ,fan room in siam area, just 1 minute walk to 7/11, 2 min to BTS ,3 min to MBK/BACC, and 5-10 min to siam square/siam paragon. eventhough the hotel...

As I get older, it's getting harder to stay at the Pranee Building. It's old. I stayed in 2005, and returned five years later, and not a single thing had changed, including, I imagine, the sheets. No updating. No maintenance. It's a worn down, slightly better than a backpacker-style place with good (though loud) air conditioning (but not in every...

It's very suitable for backpackers because the room has only a bed with no TV and fridge but When you check in you will see like a original small hotel in Bangkok (very antique thai style and little scary) but for backpackers very perfect!! Room price Room with fan 350 baht Room with air 400 baht For 2-3 persons ,...

The location is really the main draw to this hotel. The accommodations themselves are very basic, Thai-style - 500 baht per night. If you don't plan to spend lots of time in your room then this is perfect. If you're expecting luxury and amenities, then this probably isn't the place for you. The rooms were clean, neat, and had hot...

I stayed here several times over the years while I lived in Thailand. The English-speaking staff were always friendly and remembered me, and I liked that it felt like a family business. It's a no frills kind of place, but clean and more than adequate as a place to crash while visiting the city. It's very conveniently located right off...

The hotel staff was really nice, the hotel is very close to the MBK center but the room we were in was bare bones and on the fifth and last floor (no elevator). It was very very cheap though. This hotel is ideal for backpackers not expecting too much, AC, a bed and a bathroom with a somewhat modern toilet.

I stayed at the Pranee at the start and the end of my trip to Thailand. Rooms are clean and spartan, occasional issues with small white ants coming in from the corridor, but a spay of DEET on the outside door frame took care of that. The rates are very reasonable 450-600bht and if you are staying for a full...

Much cheaper than nearby hotels, comfortable beds & clean room. We paid 450B for each night, and with a/c & private bathroom this is good value for such a good location. Would definitely stay here again. Right next to malls and central hub of public transport. Restaurant downstairs looks basic but is cheap and very tasty. Our room was very...

As stated in other reviews the position of Pranee was great. The staff were efficient and friendly and the dog is magnificent. The room was very cheap at 500 BHT - for its position. But it had no hot water, no air con, no fan. The room had a cold shower and toilet. One small table. Small window looking out...
