We booked this hotel thinking it was close to the airport. It wasn't - it was about a 45 minute cab ride. Big mistake. It was closer to the malls though, which is a great place to buy knock-offs before heading home. There is no where to walk to to see anything interesting here. Unless you are needing to go...

First of all I would want to comment on the safety measures. The windows can be easily opened which is not at safe for children . And the hotel is far from the center . Need to improvise the over all ambiance of the hotel...

We stayed there for 5nights and very convenient to go to Bangkok hospital with their free shuttles anytime. Breakfast is average and wifi in the room is not good. "Tommy" from concierge was very friendly and helpful. Upon check in we were told that breakfast is not included in our room rate which is wrong, but problem was solved after...

First, the location sucks. Second, the staff was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful, and not even good with English. Third, the halls were not air conditioned. Fourth, we found our bathroom dirty. Not worth the price (even though cheap)

The hotel is located near to Bangkok hospital. Other than that, getting anywhere else is a drag as the nearest mrt or bts is at least 1 hour walk. Only option for transport is taxis but with the traffic jams in Bangkok, a lot of time is wasted being stuck in traffic. The hotel room is small but acceptable. Cleanliness...

Staff were rude and unhelpful. The wifi was poor and when we needed help and rang reception the staff would speak for a second then hang up on us when they didn't hang up they didn't understand what we were saying. Location is terrible don't come here if you want to see any of Bangkok. Food was awful and when...

Location was perfect. Shuttle service to Bangkok Hospital was available all day long. Food was horrible. The food variety was limited and did not enjoy what was served. The room was clean and bed and pillow was comfortable.

It's a common hotel, nothing special. It's very far from the sights, and it is not easy to get in to the "centre". The easiest is with cab. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was ok. The breakfast could be better, but the selection was wide.

I have stayed here a number of times recently while my wife was undergoing medical treatment at the nearby Bangkok Hospital. I consider it excellent value for money. The location is not ideal, but once you figure out transport options such as canal boats on nearby Khlong Saen Saep it starts to make more and more sense. The rooms are...
