This hotel is far away from everything, after 17:00 is also impossible find a place to eat. The room is dirty and every morning we found bugs in the toilet. Also the staff is not friendly and they cannot speak english. For the same prize in full of better hotels

On arrival at the hotel they didn't seem to have time for us or explain anything i.e.: breakfast times : where the restaurant was example! Then we got to the room not fit enough for a dog to stay let alone two adults 1-the toilet had yellow urine stains on it! 2, the bath and the bath room was filthy...

This hotel was my home for 2 weeks in November 2016 while I was visiting Bangkok. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean and quiet and for about $30 per night with a large Thai style breakfast absolutely the best price you can do. Most of the patrons appear to be from Asia. There is also a tour desk located...

Its an old hotel. Everything was old from the furniture to the TV. Only one lift was working when we were there. So had to wait long to get a lift to our floor. The breakfast wasn't that good as well. The only good this about this place is the location. It is located near all major shopping centers.

Everything in the room, Couch, Curtain, Lamp and walls are old and dirty. Staffs cannot speak any english. Waiters who working dinning room where we had our breakfast are lack of training and doesn't know about customer service. Bad experience ever, never stay again in this hotel again.

The smell from the air con is bad. I can't eat anything in the room because of that smell. Front desk staffs are not friendly. They'r not willing to help. Location is very nice. If you're come and visit to BKK for shopping, this is the nice place to stay. Need to upgrade the hotel.

This hotel is located near Big C, Center World, Pratunam, and walking distant to BTS station, and with breakfast included, you cant ask for more, although the hotel is old but the location is the best in town

Renovation in progress. I got a room newly renovated. Clean and new. The wifi is free and fast. Breakfast was ok too. Most of all, the location is the best! 10 mins walk to Chitlom BTS station. 15 mins walk to Siam Paragon, a stone throw to Central World, 2 mins walk to Platinum and Pratunam market. Very convenient except...

Terrible hotel, rooms are lousy, staff at reception are very arrogant and makes fun of customers, says free wifi but you can hardly get any connection, tv in the room is some few decades old, wakes you up in the middle of night by some loud music or some kind of trumpet blowing, the bell boy cheats you on hotel...
