Stayed for 3 nights in a private triple room (no en suite), arrived at 3am after night bus and office wasn't open till 7am so had to sleep on the doorstep for 4 hours but that was our fault not theirs! Beds were clean and comfy, plenty of showers and toilets and staff were friendly! Bit far out from Khao...

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. The air conditioning only worked on a really low temperature or not at all. We ended up wearing thermals, pants and socks to bed as we were so cold. Without the air conditioning on we were dying of heat :/. The bathroom was very dirty with no toilet paper. The bathroom...

A definite plus of this hostel is the location.. O'Nidra is a 10 minute walk to Khaos Road so you don't get the noise and madness on a night when your trying to sleep. The hostel was very quiet at night, great AC in our 4-person room with comfortable beds. However it is a shame that the top floor bathrooms...

O' Nidra house was really nice and on quiet neighborhood (on a Bangkok scale). There was not too many people in the hostel because it was not high season so there was no noise. Not many tourists in the area either. There was a 7 eleven almost on the other side of the road. The metro is quite far to...

Laid back hostel. Stayed in private double that was attached to dorm. Clean room, nice bed but no windows. Shower on a different floor. Very nice friendly hosts. A bit far from BTS (10 min) but a nice, chilled, untouristy area and well located once you're on the BTS

This hostel was fine for our group of 4 girls :) everything was clean and the staff were more than friendly. Each bed had its own light and 2 plug sockets which was really handy. Wifi standard was good. There wasn't a toilet on our floor and the showers were only on the upper floors but this didnt bother us...

I was expecting much more. The room was very small and it is not possible to open the window. The bathroom was dirty and no hot water. Staff was helpful. Location was great. You hear everything people do or talk in the other rooms, the walls are so thin.

I stayed in a double room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hostel is nowhere near as clean or modern as other hostels I have stayed at in Bangkok for the same price. The downsides are only having one shower for the entire hostel. Not just one set of showers but one single shower cubicle. And only three toilets....

I loved the hostel, met some fun people, everyone in the personel was very nice and with good disposition to help me with what I needed! Good place to be near Chinatown, 15 min from the palaces and Khao San road.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
