I found litlest Guesthouse on online booking site, then arranged to book it as the place is in the heart of bangkok. When I arrived at Bangkok it was quite hard to find the Guesthouse location that finally we found out it's not match with the map that the online booking site provided. Lucky that we have native bangkok friend...

We staid a week having rented the full property (3 very large rooms). Property is very well maintained, very roomy and in a super handy location (just off BTS, and not far from Chao Praya river). Excellent value for money for a family.

All in all a fantastic experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, well furnished and exquisitely laid out. Ann (the host/manager) was nice enough to let us check into 2 of the rooms ahead of time which was really awesome of her. She was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and her staff were very very helpful...

Ann's Guesthouse is a lovely property very close to Surasak BTS with connections to almost anywhere in Bangkok. I chose this place mainly for its rustic traditional thai house format with very comfortable modern amenities. Ann has a pool as well, but you will need to travel a few hundred metres to a condo nearby to access the same. The...

Amazing staff very helpful and accommodating to our unusual need - we checked out in the morning but had a very late flight so we left our bags and we were able to come back, take a shower refresh ourselves, the host was extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and the Thai breakfast - delicious. It may take you a...

Due to unfortunate circumstances we were unable to stay at the littlest Guesthouse but we were very impressed by the manager Anne. The hotel had to be closed due to the staff being sick, but Anne was prompt to reply to our emails and did not hesitate to tender a refund and went the extra mile to book another local...

I can highly recommend Ann's Littlest Guesthouse. Very comfortable spacious room and great beds. Airco is quiet and breakfast is great. Easy to find and near Bangkok Sky Train station Surasak. A super market is around the corner. A Place to stay when you're in Bangkok a couple of days!. Great hospitality!

We had originally booked another apartment with Ann and unfortunately were unable to stay there at the last minute due to maintenance work. Ann was the most gracious host - offering us to stay at another one of her locations at a special rate. She was in constant contact and very helpful with answering all of my questions. She even...

The Littlest Guesthouse is such a little gem in my trip to Bangkok recently. It is nice, elegant and private and next to a sky train station. Very well located which enabled me to explore many areas of BKK with ease. I particularly enjoyed the small soi behind the guesthouse. It is another Bnagkok back in time, or you fell...

The guesthouse is both central (just a 3 minute walk from the BTS Skytrain) and very quiet. The room is big and tastefully decorated. We loved our staying there and will definitely come back next time we're in Bangkok.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.

“Opt to have the downstairs room is you have children or extra people. 4 people can fit comfortably but anything more than that can be a little cramped. Upstairs bedroom is better because of the overall design but only if there are two of you.”
